Heat wave has started and temperature has started rising above levels of 40 degree Celsius. In coming day’s temperature will keep increasing and jeopardize the normal life. Hopefully summer vacation for school going children’s will start soon as the children are the first and prime victim of heat wave. These days danger exists for many common diseases like Diarrhea, water borne infection, low blood pressure etc.

• Some common methods to save yourself from heat stroke are as under :-
• Drink lot of lemon water, fruit juice, liquid drinks, milk, glucose 
• Wash your hand, legs and face 2-3 times during the day with water
• Eat lots of seasonal fruits like water melons, cucumber, Muskmelon, etc.
• Everyday take bath 2 times a day (morning & evening)
• Cover your body as much as possible to save yourself from heat & warm air waves.
• Use umbrella, towel on head / Cap or Hut
• Try to complete & execute your work during morning and evening hours (avoid  afternoon timings for field work until or unless it is very much necessary)

Today the result of Karnataka elections are going on and it seems that BJP will win the majority and make government. All over the country everyone is talking about the Mr. Modi and saying it is the result of “Modi Lahar” and election management of Mr. Amit Shah is also being praised. He is also being called Chankaya. Yes definitely the country has seen a major change in corridors of powers in last 4 years at different levels. Now again the new discussion will start about the 2019 target and obviously all say that BJP will win 2019 General Elections because the current picture seems like that but no one knows the future as future is always unpredictable. I say BEST OF LUCK TO BJP FOR 2019 ELECTIONS but they should not forgot the FEEL GOOD STORY happened in the regime of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee (it is a cautious wake up message for BJP). If we look from the angle of management it is easy to manage and control the activities of small area (STATE ELECTIONS) in comparison to large area (GENERAL ELECTIONS). May be congress and other parties come together and some changes at leadership levels may happen in all parties at different levels.

SOLARISATION OF INDIAN RAILWAYS

Few years back I was think about solarisation of coaches of Indian Railway for which recently I come to know about the Indian government initiative. Railways are starting it as a pilot basis. Roof top of some trains will be converted / covered with solar technology so that some part of power requirement of rail will be used / supplied by solar power. I think it is a long term investment which will not only protect environment but increase level of comfort for passengers also. The big hurdle in it is high cost of solar cells but if we keep harming environment for cheap and saving money ultimately it will cost our coming generations health, life and most important the existence of humans on this planet. Not only railways but automobile industry must look towards the use of solar energy for cars & two Wheeler's.

I request everyone to WAKE UP, WAKE UP FAST as by wrong doings of humans has already detorated the environment.

Glaciers are melting, mostly metro cities all over the world are polluted in terms of water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution.

Democracy to Monarchism

The selection of Mr. XI Jinping as President of China for whole life and after winning election in Russia by Mr. Vladmir Putin is indicating that these countries are moving towards monarchy system and definitely the adjacent countries as well as those countries who are deeply associated with Russia and China will have big influence of this pattern of thinking means monarchy. The Democratic and Republic spirit will have negative impact from the above movements. Leaders of many others countries will also  tries to place themselves as a position holder for lifetime and may plans to place their family holders of position means dictatorship / monarchism. CRIME AGAINST WOMEN

In last few months so many news are there in e-media and newspapers about crime against women and many incidents are reported from small towns and even villages. There is a urgent need to find out the reasons behind it. Today our youths are wasting their too much time with electronic devices like television and mobile. 

About television my observation is that they shows too much violence and these violent activities have negative impact on teenagers and youths mind. Also free and low cost access to internet through mobile has lead to youth fascination towards many unwanted material on net.

The highly decreased personal interaction between human beings is also responsible for crime because new young generations fail to understand the importance of moral and social values. The topic of discussion among youth groups are generally vulgar and negative and leads to increased crime. If the energy of youths are used and taken into right direction then it will be beneficial for society and nation.

The change in social pattern have resulted in postpone of individual rights, duties and responsibilities from social and personal point of view because generally a youth get established in his life in the age of 26-27 after getting education and some experience which gets conflicted with the change in humans body biological requirements.

Another reason is high rate of unemployment in our country which increases frustration and frustration leads to crime.

An important reason behind crime against women is decreasing girl ratio in society although government has started ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padao’ movement but still the daughters marriage, dowry problem and dependency of parents on son is a very big hurdle in way of government mission of ‘Save Girl Child’

To control crime against women awareness, moral values needs to be inculcated to all teenagers and youth by their teachers, parent’s elders and seniors. I think in every village, small towns and cities a monthly programme must be organized to teach the society about giving care & respect to women’s. Also moral science subjects in education should also teach the students about dignity of women’s.

STATUES DEFACING

After the declaration of election result in North Eastern states Meghalaya, Nagaland and Tripura a new political move has started to damage statues of different social and political leaders.

Two-three days ago statue of Mr. Lenin was laid down by a mob in North-East and the incident has been reported as breaking news by Media and many renowned leaders expressed their views in and against the move and this debate actually put the oil in fire and reaction was defacing statue of Sh. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee in West Bengal. Now some more views in and against will be reported like anything which may further increase the intensity of problem and may leads to unbalance in society.

Defacing of statues is not a right move for any society and the move will take society into wrong direction and increase division in society. The India has long history of good social values and integrity among different groups of society.

From above act of few selfish peoples a path of rift has taken birth which will be followed by peoples with malign interest for their own benefits.

It will generate burns to our nation which will take long time to heal but will leave their marks on the forehead of nation.

I request all to keep you calm & away from above movements and ask for the politicians who have some moral ethics towards society and nation.

ONLINE PURCHASE V/S GROUND PURCHASE

Since last 15 days I am searching on various online sites to purchase sandals for coming season of summers, after looking at various scheme and offers on different sites like cash back, discount etc. and feedback I felt that the online sandals will be different than the shown on website and not up to the mark. I also inquired the rates from some retail local vendors and found that still in the age of internet my local retail vendor is offering fewer prices than online. If the local vendor is wholesaler than the price gap will be more. In offline purchase i can see, touch and check the product physically while online it is not possible.

Also I am very much sure that I can complain / return / replace back the product immediately for any defects.

In my case of sandals the online prices are approximately 10% more than ground purchase.

I also felt same about clothes purchase online.

At last purchase my sandals at local vendor.

Although about electronics the online websites offer cheaper options than ground purchase as I purchase laptop last year and a mobile this year.

GST V/s Country Growth

Since the implementation of GST (Goods & Service Tax) some of the following questions pending are as under :-

It is not clear that whether it is useful for country growth or NOT?

Did government revenue has increased in comparison to VAT or NOT?

Does GST stopped the trade cycle of business?

I think in starting month of implementations traders, businessmen and others have paid more taxes due to less knowledge and fear and government tax collection increased but due to political interference and increased knowledge the tax collections reduced later on.

When E-way bill is made mandatory it will definitely increase the revenue collection of government.

Probable date of launching E-way bill is 1st April 2018 as per the unconfirmed news.

I think business houses will increase their margin under cover of E-way and needs

to pay more taxes to get abided by law and surely it will be a nice move.

HOPE THE FAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE WILL INCREASE!

Electric Vehicles

Indian government is pushing for electric vehicles in India to reduce pollution levels as well as removing dependency of country on Petroleum. Many automobiles companies are launching their electric cars and bikes.  Right now they are not available in showrooms and will take some time to come into open market. Also the peoples will have many questions about new electric vehicles like their power, the facilities available in it, their registration and price will be a very main factor. 

Hope that in coming 2-3 years we will be able to see electric vehicles on the roads. As per my estimates they needs many improvements based on the feedback, complains, suggestions when they are used by peoples because that will be real testing. It will take another 2-3 years and after 10 years  the electric vehicles will completely overtake the current fuel based vehicles. It is very hard to say whether they will be cheap or costlier in comparison to current fuel based vehicles.

A important factor will be infrastructure required for charging of these vehicles.

Government of India should offer some subsidy on electric vehicles to make it popular and cost effective. Also automobiles companies must try that they get charged during day hours as soon as they come in contact with sunlight.

ULTRA COMMERCILIZATION OF MEDICAL SECTOR IN INDIA

Few days back there is news in media and newspaper that one of MAX HOSPITAL in Delhi WRONGLY DECLARED A LIVE BABY DEAD. A BIG FAILURE, NOT A FAILURE BUT A CRIME. For this crime guilty must be punished with strictest punishment as per legal norms and hospital control and management should be transferred to Government with immediate effect. The guilty Doctor and medical staff license must be cancelled immediately and a legal case must be initiated against them for their negligence and commercialization.

The second case is of FORTIS hospital where a child undergoing treatment of dengue died and hospital handed over a bill of Rs.17-18 lakhs to victim’s family. Hospital used 2700 globes and 660 syringes as per the news reported.  Even Hon’ble Court raised question over this type of treatment.

In another incident Medanta hospital also charges Rs.17 lakh (Approx.) a 7 years old patient for 22 days. The child died after being discharged due to lack of funds. There are so many other unreported medical cases where wrong doings of private hospitals, medical staff not comes to limelight as the victim is poor and common men and on the basis of their money and network private hospital able to hide their mistake and negligence.

IT IS A QUESTION MARK ON THE QUALITY OF SERVICES OFFERED BY THESE TOP HOSPITALS.

There is also news in e-media that reported about the medical test carried out by Doctors in India is almost 66% higher than required. It is definitely for the purpose of their personal profits and against moral values of Medical Services.

Every private hospital generally has a medicine shop inside their campus and the medicine mentioned by hospital/doctor will be available only on that shop. There is no need to mention here that prices of that particular medicine with same salt is 5 to 10 times higher than market prices. No Doctor/Hospital prescribes medicines which are available commonly at affordable prices.

A story on social media said that in coming years the normal level of sugar may be changed to 70-100 from 80-120 as Drug companies wants to increase sale of sugar medicines.

The reason behind above is non-availability of Proper / Timely Government medical facilities as the government hospitals are already too much crowded and much negligence and misbehavior of government employees towards patients forces them to move to private hospitals for treatment.

I think these top most private social institutions has turned into a vampire who instead of giving benefits to society actually harassing, damaging, killing social values, humanity, etc.

Pollution Control

On Diwali at 2017 Hon’ble Supreme Court of India banned the sale of fire crackers to stop and control threatening levels of pollution. Some of us criticized the decision. Traders said it will cause heavy losses to them as they had already purchased material and ban is done at last moment. Some groups said that it is a strike on their religious faith. Hot discussions on social media are carried out in and against the ban. My personal view is that the money spent on fire crackers may be used for construction of charitable hospitals, schools, etc. which will be beneficial for society and nation. Also looking at current levels of rising levels of pollution due to smog that the little step (ban on sale of fire crackers) to control pollution is a right step. On last few years at every Diwali my father needs oxygen because of too much pollution but this year thankfully he did not needs to be given oxygen and is relaxed. Although now not only my father but we all feeling eyes burn and problem in breathing due to smog. Some serious action regarding parali must be taken on it to stop burning of parali.

If no action is taken then in coming 3-5 years the North India will have to stop its various activities during October – November. But to do anything in India just decision of courts is not a solution but political will, awareness among common man, technological solutions required.

It is also said that parali can be used in gatta factories for making of card board which may be a source of income for .

At last I will say that I support and honour initiatives and decision of the Hon’ble Court.

मानव अपने जीवन में विभिन्न परिस्थितियों  से गुजरता है कभी खुश होता है किसी कारण  से तो कभी दुखी होता है किसी कारण से, जब वह छोटा होता है तो उसे खेलना और खाना अच्छा  लगता है, जब वह जवान होता है तो उसे दोस्तों का साथ, घुमना फिरना पसन्द  होता है और जब वह थोड़ा बड़ा होता है तो परिवार का साथ समय व्यतीत करना चाहता है और बुढ़ापे में जब इंसान को मदद की जरूरत होती है वह चाहता है कि अन्य उसके  साथ समय व्यतीत करे और उसे सम्मान दे परन्तु आज की भागम भाग की जिंदगी में सभी इतने  व्यस्त  है कि अपने बुजुर्गों को बहुत कम समय दे पाते है जिसके कारण परिवार के वृद्ध सदस्य अपने आप को उपेक्षित महसूस करते है | 

हमारे धर्मशास्त्रों में भी कहा गया है की मानव इस जग में अकेला आता है और अकेला जाता है | यह शरीर मात्र एक वेशभूषा की तरह है और सगे - संबंधी , दोस्त , नातेदार सभी रास्ते  में मिलने  वालो की तरह है और माता-पिता तथा गुरु को ईश्वर के सामान समझना चाहिये | ईश्वर ही केवल एक सत्य है वही इंसान के साथ हमेशा रहता है चाहये दुःख का समय हो या सुख के पल, इसलिए हमें हमेशा हर समय अपने कर्मो को करते हुए ईश्वर का ध्यान और याद ऱखना चाहिये | भागम भाग की ज़िन्दगी में माता - पिता का ध्यान और सम्मान करना चाहिये, कयोंकि वो उस परमात्मा के समान है उनके आशीर्वाद से ही आप ईश्वर का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त कर सकते है |

ईश्वर परम शक्तिशाली है और मानव वही करता है जो ईश्वर चाहता है | सभी से प्रेम पूर्वक व्यवहार करे , प्रार्थना  करे की ईश्वर सबका भला करे, सबको अच्छा ज्ञान दे  |

Increasing Population Is A Problem for Humanity and our Planet

With respect to change in our lifestyle today we mainly blame the degrading quality of life everyday because of increased busyness, more & more stress, rising health problems in young age and many more daily routine issues. The average age of human beings had decreased in last many decades. The unhealthy life style, eating habit, shortage & unavailability of nutritious food is a big reason behind it. The quality living is very costly and not affordable for many of us. The increased use of chemicals, pesticides in all eatables and daily consumables items has increasing the problem by each passing day.

What is the reason behind this, definitely the increasing demand and decreasing supply? Due to increased demand many social problems take births like starvation, less food, less cloths, less homes and scarcity of basic needs of life for peoples and in search of solution of above problems human beings use natural items which are decreasing at a very fast rate and the only solutions seems to be the population control, it is the biggest problem for which whole world, researchers, scientist, social organizations, different country governments, political leaders etc. are seeking solution. They are trying to solve these problems through various means and ways which ultimately depend on natural resources. Today we don’t want to maintain the things required in our daily life but just use them and throw them, popularly known as USE AND THROW concept.

The usage and maintenance concept of everything has gone and now the time is for USE AND THROW which leads to exhausting of natural resources at a speed which can’t be expressed in words.

In view of above problems if human beings are not aware and no steps are taken for correction of our wrong activities soon the human beings existence on this planet will be a story of history.
