STATUES DEFACING

After the declaration of election result in North Eastern states Meghalaya, Nagaland and Tripura a new political move has started to damage statues of different social and political leaders.

Two-three days ago statue of Mr. Lenin was laid down by a mob in North-East and the incident has been reported as breaking news by Media and many renowned leaders expressed their views in and against the move and this debate actually put the oil in fire and reaction was defacing statue of Sh. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee in West Bengal. Now some more views in and against will be reported like anything which may further increase the intensity of problem and may leads to unbalance in society.

Defacing of statues is not a right move for any society and the move will take society into wrong direction and increase division in society. The India has long history of good social values and integrity among different groups of society.

From above act of few selfish peoples a path of rift has taken birth which will be followed by peoples with malign interest for their own benefits.

It will generate burns to our nation which will take long time to heal but will leave their marks on the forehead of nation.

I request all to keep you calm & away from above movements and ask for the politicians who have some moral ethics towards society and nation.

ONLINE PURCHASE V/S GROUND PURCHASE

Since last 15 days I am searching on various online sites to purchase sandals for coming season of summers, after looking at various scheme and offers on different sites like cash back, discount etc. and feedback I felt that the online sandals will be different than the shown on website and not up to the mark. I also inquired the rates from some retail local vendors and found that still in the age of internet my local retail vendor is offering fewer prices than online. If the local vendor is wholesaler than the price gap will be more. In offline purchase i can see, touch and check the product physically while online it is not possible.

Also I am very much sure that I can complain / return / replace back the product immediately for any defects.

In my case of sandals the online prices are approximately 10% more than ground purchase.

I also felt same about clothes purchase online.

At last purchase my sandals at local vendor.

Although about electronics the online websites offer cheaper options than ground purchase as I purchase laptop last year and a mobile this year.

GST V/s Country Growth

Since the implementation of GST (Goods & Service Tax) some of the following questions pending are as under :-

It is not clear that whether it is useful for country growth or NOT?

Did government revenue has increased in comparison to VAT or NOT?

Does GST stopped the trade cycle of business?

I think in starting month of implementations traders, businessmen and others have paid more taxes due to less knowledge and fear and government tax collection increased but due to political interference and increased knowledge the tax collections reduced later on.

When E-way bill is made mandatory it will definitely increase the revenue collection of government.

Probable date of launching E-way bill is 1st April 2018 as per the unconfirmed news.

I think business houses will increase their margin under cover of E-way and needs

to pay more taxes to get abided by law and surely it will be a nice move.

HOPE THE FAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE WILL INCREASE!

Electric Vehicles

Indian government is pushing for electric vehicles in India to reduce pollution levels as well as removing dependency of country on Petroleum. Many automobiles companies are launching their electric cars and bikes.  Right now they are not available in showrooms and will take some time to come into open market. Also the peoples will have many questions about new electric vehicles like their power, the facilities available in it, their registration and price will be a very main factor. 

Hope that in coming 2-3 years we will be able to see electric vehicles on the roads. As per my estimates they needs many improvements based on the feedback, complains, suggestions when they are used by peoples because that will be real testing. It will take another 2-3 years and after 10 years  the electric vehicles will completely overtake the current fuel based vehicles. It is very hard to say whether they will be cheap or costlier in comparison to current fuel based vehicles.

A important factor will be infrastructure required for charging of these vehicles.

Government of India should offer some subsidy on electric vehicles to make it popular and cost effective. Also automobiles companies must try that they get charged during day hours as soon as they come in contact with sunlight.

ULTRA COMMERCILIZATION OF MEDICAL SECTOR IN INDIA

Few days back there is news in media and newspaper that one of MAX HOSPITAL in Delhi WRONGLY DECLARED A LIVE BABY DEAD. A BIG FAILURE, NOT A FAILURE BUT A CRIME. For this crime guilty must be punished with strictest punishment as per legal norms and hospital control and management should be transferred to Government with immediate effect. The guilty Doctor and medical staff license must be cancelled immediately and a legal case must be initiated against them for their negligence and commercialization.

The second case is of FORTIS hospital where a child undergoing treatment of dengue died and hospital handed over a bill of Rs.17-18 lakhs to victim’s family. Hospital used 2700 globes and 660 syringes as per the news reported.  Even Hon’ble Court raised question over this type of treatment.

In another incident Medanta hospital also charges Rs.17 lakh (Approx.) a 7 years old patient for 22 days. The child died after being discharged due to lack of funds. There are so many other unreported medical cases where wrong doings of private hospitals, medical staff not comes to limelight as the victim is poor and common men and on the basis of their money and network private hospital able to hide their mistake and negligence.

IT IS A QUESTION MARK ON THE QUALITY OF SERVICES OFFERED BY THESE TOP HOSPITALS.

There is also news in e-media that reported about the medical test carried out by Doctors in India is almost 66% higher than required. It is definitely for the purpose of their personal profits and against moral values of Medical Services.

Every private hospital generally has a medicine shop inside their campus and the medicine mentioned by hospital/doctor will be available only on that shop. There is no need to mention here that prices of that particular medicine with same salt is 5 to 10 times higher than market prices. No Doctor/Hospital prescribes medicines which are available commonly at affordable prices.

A story on social media said that in coming years the normal level of sugar may be changed to 70-100 from 80-120 as Drug companies wants to increase sale of sugar medicines.

The reason behind above is non-availability of Proper / Timely Government medical facilities as the government hospitals are already too much crowded and much negligence and misbehavior of government employees towards patients forces them to move to private hospitals for treatment.

I think these top most private social institutions has turned into a vampire who instead of giving benefits to society actually harassing, damaging, killing social values, humanity, etc.

Pollution Control

On Diwali at 2017 Hon’ble Supreme Court of India banned the sale of fire crackers to stop and control threatening levels of pollution. Some of us criticized the decision. Traders said it will cause heavy losses to them as they had already purchased material and ban is done at last moment. Some groups said that it is a strike on their religious faith. Hot discussions on social media are carried out in and against the ban. My personal view is that the money spent on fire crackers may be used for construction of charitable hospitals, schools, etc. which will be beneficial for society and nation. Also looking at current levels of rising levels of pollution due to smog that the little step (ban on sale of fire crackers) to control pollution is a right step. On last few years at every Diwali my father needs oxygen because of too much pollution but this year thankfully he did not needs to be given oxygen and is relaxed. Although now not only my father but we all feeling eyes burn and problem in breathing due to smog. Some serious action regarding parali must be taken on it to stop burning of parali.

If no action is taken then in coming 3-5 years the North India will have to stop its various activities during October – November. But to do anything in India just decision of courts is not a solution but political will, awareness among common man, technological solutions required.

It is also said that parali can be used in gatta factories for making of card board which may be a source of income for .

At last I will say that I support and honour initiatives and decision of the Hon’ble Court.

मानव अपने जीवन में विभिन्न परिस्थितियों  से गुजरता है कभी खुश होता है किसी कारण  से तो कभी दुखी होता है किसी कारण से, जब वह छोटा होता है तो उसे खेलना और खाना अच्छा  लगता है, जब वह जवान होता है तो उसे दोस्तों का साथ, घुमना फिरना पसन्द  होता है और जब वह थोड़ा बड़ा होता है तो परिवार का साथ समय व्यतीत करना चाहता है और बुढ़ापे में जब इंसान को मदद की जरूरत होती है वह चाहता है कि अन्य उसके  साथ समय व्यतीत करे और उसे सम्मान दे परन्तु आज की भागम भाग की जिंदगी में सभी इतने  व्यस्त  है कि अपने बुजुर्गों को बहुत कम समय दे पाते है जिसके कारण परिवार के वृद्ध सदस्य अपने आप को उपेक्षित महसूस करते है | 

हमारे धर्मशास्त्रों में भी कहा गया है की मानव इस जग में अकेला आता है और अकेला जाता है | यह शरीर मात्र एक वेशभूषा की तरह है और सगे - संबंधी , दोस्त , नातेदार सभी रास्ते  में मिलने  वालो की तरह है और माता-पिता तथा गुरु को ईश्वर के सामान समझना चाहिये | ईश्वर ही केवल एक सत्य है वही इंसान के साथ हमेशा रहता है चाहये दुःख का समय हो या सुख के पल, इसलिए हमें हमेशा हर समय अपने कर्मो को करते हुए ईश्वर का ध्यान और याद ऱखना चाहिये | भागम भाग की ज़िन्दगी में माता - पिता का ध्यान और सम्मान करना चाहिये, कयोंकि वो उस परमात्मा के समान है उनके आशीर्वाद से ही आप ईश्वर का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त कर सकते है |

ईश्वर परम शक्तिशाली है और मानव वही करता है जो ईश्वर चाहता है | सभी से प्रेम पूर्वक व्यवहार करे , प्रार्थना  करे की ईश्वर सबका भला करे, सबको अच्छा ज्ञान दे  |

Increasing Population Is A Problem for Humanity and our Planet

With respect to change in our lifestyle today we mainly blame the degrading quality of life everyday because of increased busyness, more & more stress, rising health problems in young age and many more daily routine issues. The average age of human beings had decreased in last many decades. The unhealthy life style, eating habit, shortage & unavailability of nutritious food is a big reason behind it. The quality living is very costly and not affordable for many of us. The increased use of chemicals, pesticides in all eatables and daily consumables items has increasing the problem by each passing day.

What is the reason behind this, definitely the increasing demand and decreasing supply? Due to increased demand many social problems take births like starvation, less food, less cloths, less homes and scarcity of basic needs of life for peoples and in search of solution of above problems human beings use natural items which are decreasing at a very fast rate and the only solutions seems to be the population control, it is the biggest problem for which whole world, researchers, scientist, social organizations, different country governments, political leaders etc. are seeking solution. They are trying to solve these problems through various means and ways which ultimately depend on natural resources. Today we don’t want to maintain the things required in our daily life but just use them and throw them, popularly known as USE AND THROW concept.

The usage and maintenance concept of everything has gone and now the time is for USE AND THROW which leads to exhausting of natural resources at a speed which can’t be expressed in words.

In view of above problems if human beings are not aware and no steps are taken for correction of our wrong activities soon the human beings existence on this planet will be a story of history.

The Most Daring Commando Mission By Israel

27 जून 1976 को तेल अवीव से पेरिस जा रही एयर फ़्रांस की फ़्लाइट 139 ने एथेंस में रुकने के बाद फिर से उड़ान भरी ही थी कि चार यात्री एकदम से उठे. उनके हाथों में पिस्टल और ग्रेनेड थे.

उन्होंने विमान पर नियंत्रण करने के बाद पायलट को लीबिया के शहर बेनग़ाज़ी चलने का आदेश दिया. इन चार अपहरणकर्ताओं में दो फ़लस्तीनी थे और दो जर्मन.

उस विमान में सफ़र कर रहे जियान हारतुव याद करते हैं कि उन चारों में से एक महिला ब्रिजेत कुलमान ने हैंड ग्रेनेड की पिन निकालकर सारे यात्रियों को धमकाया कि अगर किसी ने भी प्रतिरोध करने की कोशिश की तो वो विमान में धमाका कर देगी.

बेनग़ाज़ी में सात घंटे रुकने और ईंधन लेने के बाद अपहरणकर्ताओं ने पायलट को आदेश दिया कि विमान को युगांडा के एन्तेबे हवाई अड्डे ले जाया जाए.

उस समय युगांडा में तानाशाह इदी अमीन का शासन था. उनकी पूरी सहानुभूति अपहरणकर्ताओं के साथ थी. एन्तेबे हवाई अड्डे पर चार और साथी उनसे आ मिले.

उन्होंने यहूदी बंधकों को अलग कर दिया और दुनिया के अलग अलग देशों की जेलों में रह रहे 54 फ़लस्तीनी कैदियों को रिहा करने की मांग की और धमकी दी कि ऐसा नहीं किया गया तो वे यात्रियों को एक-एक करके मारना शुरू कर देंगे.

एन्तेबे इसराइल से करीब 4000 किलोमीटर दूर था, इसलिए किसी बचाव मिशन के बारे में सोचा तक नहीं जा सकता था. यात्रियों के संबंधियों ने तेल अवीव में प्रदर्शन करने शुरू कर दिए थे.

बंधक बनाए गए लोगों में से कुछ इसराइली प्रधानमंत्री रबीन के क़रीबी भी थे. उन पर बहुत दबाव था कि बंधकों को हर हालत में छुड़ाया जाए.

'यहूदी बंधकों को अलग किया'

बंधकों में से एक सारा डेविडसन याद करती हैं कि अपहरणकर्ताओं ने बंधकों को दो समूहों में बांट दिया था, ''उन्होंने लोगों के नाम पुकारे और उन्हें दूसरे कमरे में जाने के लिए कहा. थोड़ी देर बाद पता चल गया कि वो सिर्फ यहूदी लोगों के नाम पुकार रहे हैं.''

इस बीच अपहरणकर्ताओं ने 47 ग़ैर यहूदी यात्रियों को रिहा कर दिया. उन्हें एक विशेष विमान से पेरिस ले जाया गया. वहाँ मोसाद के जासूसों ने उनसे बात कर एन्तेबे के बारे में छोटी से छोटी जानकारी जुटाने की कोशिश की.

मोसाद के एक एजेंट ने कीनिया में एक विमान किराए पर लेकर एन्तेबे के ऊपर उड़ान भरकर उसकी बहुत सारी तस्वीरें खींची. दिलचस्प बात यह थी कि एन्तेबे हवाई अड्डे के टर्मिनल को जहाँ बंधकों को रखा गया था, एक इसराइली कंपनी ने बनाया था.

कंपनी ने उस टर्मिनल का नक्शा उपलब्ध कराया और रातों रात इसराइल में एक नकली टर्मिनल खड़ा कर लिया गया ताकि इसराइली कमांडो उस पर हमले का अभ्यास कर सकें.

मिशन के लिए सर्वश्रेष्ठ सैनिक

इसराइली सेना के 200 सर्वश्रेष्ठ सैनिकों को इस मिशन के लिए चुना गया. कमांडो मिशन में सबसे बड़ी अड़चन इस बात की थी कि कहीं एन्तेबे हवाई अड्डे के रनवे की बत्तियाँ रात में बुझा तो नहीं दी जाएंगी और इदी अमीन के सैनिक विमान को उतरने से रोकने के लिए रनवे पर ट्रक तो नहीं खड़ा कर देंगे.

इस बीच इसराइल की सरकार ने संकेत दिया कि वो अपहरणकर्ताओं से बातचीत करने के लिए तैयार है ताकि कमांडोज़ को तैयारी के लिए थोड़ा समय मिल जाए. इदी अमीन के दोस्त समझे जाने वाले पूर्व सैनिक अधिकारी बार लेव को उनसे बात करने के लिए लगाया गया.

उन्होंने अमीन से कई बार फ़ोन पर बात की लेकिन वो बंधको को छुड़ा पाने में असफल रहे. इस बीच इदी अमीन अफ़्रीकी एकता संगठन की बैठक में भाग लेने के लिए मॉरिशस की राजधानी पोर्ट लुई चले गए जिससे इसराइल को और समय मिल गया.

उस समय जनरल अशोक मेहता भारतीय सेना में लेफ़्टिनेंट कर्नल हुआ करते थे और अमरीका में पोर्ट लैवनवर्थ के कमांड एंड जनरल स्टाफ़ कालेज में प्रशिक्षण ले रहे थे.उड़ते विमान में ईंधन भरा

जनरल अशोक मेहता बताते हैं कि इस पूरे मिशन की सबसे बड़ी दिक्कत ये थी कि 4000 किलोमीटर जाकर 4000 किलोमीटर वापस भी आना था. इसलिए हवा में ही उड़ते विमान से दूसरे विमान में ईधन भरा गया.

ब्रिगेडियर जनरल डैम शॉमरॉन को पूरे मिशन की ज़िम्मेदारी दी गई, जबकि लेफ़्टिनेंट कर्नल योनाथन नेतन्याहू को फ़ील्ड ऑपरेशन का इंचार्ज बनाया गया.

इसराइल के पास तीन विकल्प थे. पहला हमले के लिए विमानों का सहारा लिया जाए. दूसरा नौकाओं से वहाँ पहुंचा जाए और तीसरा कीनिया से सड़क मार्ग से युगांडा में घुसा जाए.

अंतत: तय हुआ कि एन्तेबे पहुंचने के लिए विमानों का इस्तेमाल होगा और युगांडा के सैनिकों को ये आभास दिया जाएगा कि इन विमानों में राष्ट्रपति अमीन विदेश यात्रा से लौट रहे हैं.

4 जुलाई को इसराइल के साइनाइ बेस से चार हरक्यूलिस जहाज़ों ने उड़ान भरी. सिर्फ़ 30 मीटर की ऊंचाई पर उड़ते हुए उन्होंने लाल सागर पार किया ताकि मिस्र, सूडान और सऊदी अरब के रडार उन्हें न पकड़ पाएं. रास्ते में इसराइली कमांडोज़ ने युगांडा के सैनिकों की वर्दी पहन ली.सिर्फ़ छह मिनट का समय

विमानों के उड़ान भरने के बाद ही प्रधानमंत्री राबीन ने इस मिशन की जानकारी मंत्रिमंडल को दी.

सात घंटे लगातार उड़ने के बाद रात के एक बजे पहला हरक्यूलिस विमान एन्तेबे के ऊपर पहुंचा.

उसके पास लैंड करने और अपहरणकर्ताओं पर काबू पाने के लिए सिर्फ छह मिनट का समय था.

उस समय रनवे की लाइट जल रही थी. लैंड करने से आठ मिनट पहले ही हरक्यूलिस के रैंप खोल दिए गए ताकि कम से कम समय जाया हो.

लैंड करते ही पायलट ने विमान को रनवे के बीचोंबीच रोक लिया ताकि पैराट्रूपर्स के एक दल को नीचे उतारा जा सके और वो रनवे पर पीछे आ रहे विमानों के लिए एमरजेंसी लाइट लगा सकें.

मर्सिडीज़ कार का धोखा

जहाज़ से एक काली मर्सिडीज़ कार उतारी गई. यह उस कार से बहुत मिलती-जुलती थी जिसे राष्ट्रपति अमीन इस्तेमाल किया करते थे.

उसके पीछे कमांडोज़ से भरी हुई दो लैंड रोवर गाड़ियाँ भी उतारी गईं. इन वाहनों ने तेज़ी से टर्मिनल की तरफ बढ़ना शुरू किया.

कमांडोज़ को आदेश थे कि वो तब तक गोली न चलाएं जब तक वो टर्मिनल तक नहीं पहुंच जाते.

इसराइली उम्मीद कर रहे थे कि काली मर्सिडीज़ कार देखकर युगांडा के सैनिक समझेंगे कि इदी अमीन बंधकों से मिलने आए हैं.

लेकिन इसराइलियों को पता नहीं था कि कुछ दिन पहले ही अमीन ने अपनी कार बदल दी थी और अब वो सफेद मर्सिडीज़ का इस्तेमाल कर रहे थे.

यही वजह थी कि टर्मिनल के बाहर खड़े युगांडा के सैनिकों ने अपनी राइफ़लें निकाल लीं. इसराइली कमांडोज़ ने उन्हें साइलेंसर लगी बंदूकों से वहीं उड़ा दिया. उनका भेद खुल चुका था.

गोली चलते ही कमांडर ने आदेश दिया कि वाहनों से उतरकर पैदल ही उस टर्मिनल के भवन पर धावा बोल दिया जाए जहाँ यात्रियों को रखा गया था. कमांडोज़ ने बुल हॉर्न के ज़रिए बंधकों से अंग्रेज़ी और हिब्रू में कहा कि वो इसराइली सैनिक हैं और उन्हें बचाने के लिए आए हैं.

उन्होंने यात्रियों से फ़ौरन लेट जाने के लिए कहा. उन्होंने यात्रियों से हिब्रू में पूछा कि अपहरणकर्ता कहाँ हैं.

यात्रियों ने मुख्य हॉल में खुलने वाले दरवाज़े की तरफ़ इशारा किया. कमांडोज़ हैंड ग्रेनेड फेंकते हुए हॉल में घुसे. इसराइली कमांडोज़ को देखते ही अपहरणकर्ताओं ने गोलियाँ चलाना शुरू कर दिया.

इसराइल का केवल एक सैनिक मारा गया

गोलियों के आदान-प्रदान में सभी अपहरणकर्ता मारे गए. माता-पिता अपने बच्चों को बचाने के लिए उनके ऊपर लेट गए.

तीन बंधक भी गोलियों का निशाना बने. इस बीच दो और इसराइली विमान वहाँ उतर चुके थे. उनमें भी इसराइली सैनिक थे.

चौथा विमान पूरी तरह से खाली था ताकि उसमें बचाए गए बंधकों को ले जाया जा सके.

एन्तेबे पर उतरने के बीस मिनटों के भीतर ही बंधकों को लैंडरोवर्स में भरकर खाली विमान में पहुंचाया जाने लगा था. इस बीच युगांडाई सैनिकों ने गोलियाँ चलानी शुरू कर दी थी और पूरे हवाई अड्डे की बत्ती गुल कर दी गई थी.

चलने से पहले हर एक सैनिक की गिनती की गई. इस पूरे अभियान में इसराइल का सिर्फ एक सैनिक मारा गया. कंट्रोल टॉवर के ऊपर से चलाई गई एक गोली लेफ़्टिनेंट कर्नल नेतन्याहू के सीने में लगी और वो वहीं गिर गए.

सैनिकों ने घायल नेतन्याहू को विमान में डाला और एन्तेबे में लैंड करने के 58 मिनट बाद बचाए गए यात्रियों को विमान में लाद वहाँ से टेक आफ़ किया. इससे पहले उन्होंने एन्तेबे पर खड़े 11 मिग जहाज़ों को नष्ट कर दिया ताकि वो उनका पीछा नहीं कर सकें.नेतन्याहू ने वापसी उड़ान के दौरान दम तोड़ दिया. इस मिशन में सभी सात अपहरणकर्ता और 20 युगांडाई सैनिक मारे गए. एक बंदी डोरा ब्लॉक को वापस नहीं लाया जा सका क्योंकि वो हमले के समय कंपाला के मुलागो अस्पताल में थी.

बाद में युगांडा के अटॉर्नी जनरल ने वहाँ के मानवाधिकार आयोग को बताया कि इस मिशन के बाद इदी अमीन के आदेश पर दो सैनिक अफ़सरों ने डोरा ब्लॉक की अस्पताल के पलंग से खींचकर हत्या कर दी थी.

4 जुलाई की सुबह बचाए गए 102 यात्री और इसराइली कमांडो नैरोबी होते हुए तेल अवीव पहुंचे. इस पूरे अभियान को इसराइल के इतिहास का सबसे दुस्साहसी मिशन माना गया.

कमांडो दल के सदस्य लेफ़्टिनेंट कर्नल मोर याद करते हैं, ''जब हमने बेन गुरियों हवाई अड्डे पर लैंड किया तो इसराइल-वासियों का अथाह सागर उनके सम्मान में खड़ा था. स्वयं इसराइल के प्रधानमंत्री राबीन और मंत्रिमंडल के सभी सदस्य उनके स्वागत के लिए वहाँ पहुंचे हुए थे.''

जनरल अशोक मेहता याद करते हैं कि प्रधानमंत्री राबीन ने जब विपक्ष के नेता मेनाखिम बेगिन को बधाई और खुशखबरी देने के लिए बुलवाया तो बेगिन ने कहा, ''मैं शराब नहीं पीता, इसलिए मैं चाय पीकर इसे सेलेब्रेट करूंगा. राबीन ने उन्हे सिंगल मॉल्ट शराब सर्व की और कहा कि समझ लीजिए आप रंगीन चाय पी रहे हैं. बेगिन ने कहा कि आज के दिन मैं कुछ भी पी सकता हूँ. ये इसराइल के इतिहास का सबसे बड़ा दिन था. इस तरह का दु:साहसी अभियान न तो पहले सफल हुआ था और न शायद कभी होगा.''

Goods & Service Tax (GST)

GST implementation has completed 3 months in India and government is pushing many efforts for smooth functioning of it but traders all over India are protesting against it, may be due to slowdown and problem arising out of money demonetization. The fall down in GDP growth has given a chance to political opponents to speak against GST. On the part of government the failure of GST Website, technical issues, other issues had created a situation of harassment for GSTIN holders. The HSN code wise details, stock details, bill wise details for retailers and small shop keepers is really a big problem as they have to invest too much time in record generation, maintenance and keeping.

I think the government must push some computer and IT experts to solve down the issues faced by taxpayers in filing of GST returns and number of returns which needs to be filed every month should be brought down to single return per month. Tax may be collected every month via GSTR-3B and other complete details may be submitted by taxpayers on quarterly basis as it will give time to government to deal with IT issues and ease down the problem of traders. The step will definitely improve GDP and improve businesses.

The recent incident of killing of a small primary student of Ryan International School at Gurgaon again raised questions about loopholes in private educational institutes. The private institute employs fourth class staff without taking proper measures to earn profit. Private schools charge heavy fees in name of good education, providing world class facilities, security, communication etc. but the result is zero.
Their CCTV cameras don't work, they don't provide timely information to parents, they don't hire employees as per norms, but just thinks and operate to achieve maximum profits. Generally private schools hire lower grade staff like guard, sweeper, driver, conductor, gardener, peon etc. at very lower rates instead of hiring competent persons and generally these are very underpaid and have terrible working conditions.

In last decade even the working condition of teaching community has gone from bad to worse. Government gives lot of benefits to private educational school/colleges for betterment of society but in reality the money is going in the pocket of personal peoples through wrong ways or by making manipulations in system. Private schools never take care of complains of students and parents but pressurizes the parents and students to stop complaining. Even sometimes they use unfair means with parents.

Private education is highly commercialized and being carried out in country only for sole purpose of big profits.

Some big decision is required to change the private education system either through taking them under government control or imposing more strict rules and norms for them. They must be put under regular screening. Students, Parents associations are must be part of scrutiny process and grading of private institutes must be set for them.

Bhiwani roads

In last few weeks at our city Bhiwani I seen that many important inner circle roads and streets are being constructed with inter locking tiles. Following two places are under construction :-

1.       Bichla Bazar from Kirori Mal Mandir to Jain Chowk

2.       Pather Phoda wali gali

I appreciate this move of local administration for construction of above bit as a citizen of this city it is also our responsibility to maintain the roads. Because of some personal benefits some of us dig these newly constructed roads for setting up of their temporary arrangement in front of their shops and sometime digged by hawkers which start the damage of these newly constructed roads and reduces it’s overall life as the tiles are interlocked once one tile will loose lock with others the chain will breakup and overall life period of the path/road will be short.

As per norms roads will be constructed only when the life span of previous construction is over so I request and appeal all bhiwani walas to maintain these new roads as it will increase pains of our own.
