Recently I seen one of the civil works carried out by a government contractor. Although I don’t have any degree or much knowledge about civil work but noticed that all work carried out by contractor is done according to his own rough estimates without taking any proper measurements. No measuring equipment’s, observations or paper work is done which I think is not possible in any government work and my knowledge about the system says that this all paperwork is done in false way and made the system just a formality. No government officials who visited the site done any measurements, paper work and even no feedback is taken from the peoples of that area. I think it is a general and common practice in most of the government works because of untrained peoples and to save / earn more money by contractors / officials. It clearly happens due to corruption which is eating the taxpayer’s money. The contractor use lower quality material, put untrained peoples without proper equipment’s, break rules of working etc. because he / she has to give the big amount of tender amount to concerned officials/departments. These officials use this money to promote themselves to their seniors and to grow themselves and their seniors again also forward a part of above money to their Seniors which generate a complete cycle of corruption. This corruption money is used in many illegal ways. IT MUST BE STOPPED.

Air chief PV Naik in favour of flexing missile power - Hindustan Times
Yes I am agree to the point of Air Chief, India should built long range missiles but in phase wise manner of 3-4 years but it must ensure that the project gets completed in specified / planned time frame because generally all the project of Indian Research are very late increasing cost and reducing their importance and worth.
India must try to sell its technology to the needed country like its counterpart part US, Russia, China and others are doing as selling of arms & technology will give boost of Indian Economy and provide us funds for future research programs. It will also attract our talented minds to stay in India which will further strengthen the foundation of country.
Definitely India should not have first strike policy but must be capable of answering any wrong initiative of enemy.
We have the second biggest Army in the world but it seems that this army is without teeth, having big shortage of officers the steps must be taken to ensure that we have strong plans, manpower and modern ways of defence equipment & technology with us to show the World.
It must be ensure that while developing our nation we remain focused on our environment.
SALUTE TO MY GREAT NATION WHO IS SUFFERING FROM CORRUPTION

DAM Scandal
The above mentioned HEP projects will kill the lifeline of Nation river 'Ganga' famous for its religious attachment with peoples of India. Ganga is also very important source of water for big chunk of agricultural land in India and source of water supply for many states. As per the Controller and Auditor General (CAG) reports HEPS projects has been given to the companies who don't have any previous experience of building HEPs and the projects has been distributed in a way that it causes major revenue losses to the government. Also many big questions marks has been raised from environmental point of view for these projects.
Project developers has been favored by permitting them to divert the 90 per cent water of the river to the turbines which leaves only 10 percent for natural flow and in long term will lead to drying of river. The international standard for diversion of river water is maximum 75 percent. Already India has lost one of its famous river Saraswati and another river Yamuna is going through critical stages.
Hindustantimes also reported that government removed its power advisor and Chairman of its Jal Vidyut Nigam, Yogendra Pasadena so that he do not become a obstacle in “irregularities being done by the government”.
The biggest question is how the state and central government has passed all these projects and why the both levels of government did not think that leaving only 10 percent of natural flow in river will affect the agricultural crops and still a big slice of Indian population is dependent on agriculture. We all knows that agricultural production is a major factor in GDP of nation.
WE MUST SAVE OUR NATURAL RESOURCES TO SAVE OUR PLANET. WE ARE ALREADY FACING PROBLEM OF GLOBAL WARMING AND SCARCITY OF WATER.
PLEASE COME FORWARD TO RAISE YOUR VOICE AGAINST ABOVE.

MCI boss Ketan Desai arrested - India - The Times of India
Medical Council of India power includes giving approval/disqualification of medical colleges/nursing institues/dental colleges and also recognition/de-recognition of of medical qualification.
After this incident just imagine what will be the standard of Health of citizens of India whose Doctors and Technicians are trained in colleges which don't have complete and adequate infrastructure, procedures and other resources.
The case of corruption also noticed and come into news last year about AICTE the organisation which gives approval for technical education colleges in India.
I AM WONDERING WHAT WILL BE THE STANDARD OF EDUCATION AND ALSO JUST IMAGINE ABOUT THE KNOWLEDGE AND TALENT OF PROFESSIONALS WHO PASSED FROM THESE COLLEGES?
ALSO WHAT IS THE SURETY THAT ENGINEERS AND DOCTORS WHO PASSED FROM THESE INSTITUTION WILL BE ABLE TO SERVE AND MAINTAIN EXCELLENT QUALITY FOR WHICH INDIA IS FAMOUS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.

After Rain
Thankfully yesterday some rain spell at area of old Faridabad made the environment cooler but water logged at various places like Sec-16 near Motimahal area, 16-17-18 chowk, etc. made the situation very critical because of inaction of various government agencies. If you go from Old Faridabad to Naharpar the road is in worst condition and pedestrians can not move due to single road and encroachment on pavements. 2-3 months back road has been digged for laying of bigger sewerage line and mud is not removed which is blocking all entry points made for water exit. Whenever any scooter/car/truck/bus moves in logged water the peoples standing on the roadside are totally wet due to water waves. Think about small students who are ready to go school and person who is waiting for his office cab and suddenly due to a fast moving vehicle his clothes are wet and dirty, what is the solution of this problem. It is all because of lack of action by government administration.
As per my observation generally government spent's a big amount on cleaning of sewerage before monsoon every year and possibly the same has been done this year too but this year possibly the activity has gone only on papers and taxpayers money eaten by corrupt individuals or gang of corrupt officials/contractors/others.

Reason of Corruption
We all knows about the corruption in our country. We talk about it, raise many question and wants solution of corruption which had very wide reach in the system. It is increasing everyday like anything and had its roots and branch in every department of the system whether private of government sector. But what are the reasons behind the corruption? Why does it happens? I think there are many reasons behind it some of which are as follows :-
- Inability to meet the basic requirements of life
- Greediness to become more rich
- Fear of survival against changing circumstances
- Wish to become more powerful
I think corruption is somewhere has its roots deeps in our history. The TIP given to waiter, INAM given to maid, festival gift given to sweeper/dhobi/guard/driver/others are all branches of tree of corruption in one or other way.
Lets take a example of Some Big Land Lord in a village in ancient era of India or pre independence. Landlords used to keep the lower class / middle peoples for households, farming and others jobs and takes lot of work from them without any defined time limits and criteria to pay, landlord used to pay them a very little/small amount against their services which is not sufficient to complete the daily needs of workers so they request something extra which is given to them in the form of small Inam/ little value Gift on Festivals/functions to show the kindness of landlords. Actually this is the stage from where corruption starts, with the passing time this inam/gift system after the work has taken form of bribe and its is now a part of system. So to remove corruption we need to improve the condition of lower class peoples by stopping their exploitation.
In modern times small class peoples are known as lower class/4th class peoples working in offices and still not getting proper reimbursement against their services to complete their daily needs by wrong means they tries to do earn some money. To become richer and more powerful senior officers take bribes and increase corruption due to their greed. They think that with the help of money and power they will be able to sustain themselves in case of any problem/tough time. In between senior officials/lower class middle level executives working feels that when everyone is earning by wrong (corruption) means so he also get involves in the same thing due to environment effect, stressful life and his wish to go upward.
To remove corruption we must stop exploitation of small peoples/lower class and Implement Anti-Corruption measures from TOP ORDER/Upper Class the results will definitely improve. Anti-Corruption departments performance must be analysed on regular basis by independent bodies whose members are from Government, NGOs, RWAs, etc.
