As per the news on NDTV.com Supreme Court  banned the sale of tobacco products in plastic pouches from March 2011 while hearing petition by civil society. Hon'ble court has asked the government to conduct a survey on the ill effects of this product within eight weeks.

Gutkha manufacturers need to look for alternatives by March 2011.

As per the Lok Sabha  proceeding the Mr. RPN Singh, minister of state for highways mentioned that NHAI is going to construct 31 flyovers and underpasses will be constructed on the Delhi-Agra section of this national highway. The opening of Badarpur Flyover has already removed jam position at Badarpur where lot of people are stucked everyday. It will definitely increase trade and industrial activity because of improved connectivity. The most important thing is that all the tourist who are interested to visit Taj Mahal will reach Agra very fast and will definitely strengthened the India image at International Level. Peoples working in Delhi and leaving at Badarpur, Faridabad, Ballabgarh, Palwal, Hodal, Kosi will get big comfort because of same.

Hope that the project gets completed in projected timeline without any escalation in cost due to delay and it will be interesting for the international tourist to go to Taj Mahal.

As per news on coolavenues.com Income tax Department has raided in a case of capitation fee against admission in institute. A student has repeatedly complain that Director is asking for capitation fee for management quota admission in the institute. It is just a single incidence which is known to us actually it is a common practice for all private/deemed universities, private engineering and management colleges to give admissions to the students through management quota only after accepting extra money, the method of taking this wrong money is sometimes in the form of cash/donation/capitation fee/etc.

Wherever you go for admission through management seat you have to pay according to the prescribed rates of that institute, while their is a scope of some negotiation but you have to pay for it.

This is purely commercialization of education and proves that poor and common men can not afford the higher education and it is the way to protect the rich class. Middle class has only tool i.e. education for the development of their child future so they are struggling for it and even pay the capitation and donation through taking loans or by some other means.

This incident proves that Corruption has made its roots deep inside the system at all levels. As per news he only leaked only commercial news to some Chinese firms but what is the surety that he did not disclosed the important security details of military, naxal operations, Anti Terrorist arrangements to the enemies of our countries.
I think this mole not only to be punished financially and physically for information leakage but must be held responsible for death of our soldiers who may have died due to information passed by him. All the benefits of service must be immediately withdrawn from him in addition to cut down his helping associates.

CMRS seeks more info, Badarpur Metro line delayed - The Times of India

The start of Sarita Vihar to Badarpur Metro line is delayed according to news appeared in TimesofIndia website because Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety has asked some technical details from DMRC after inspecting the section. This section covers three stations namely Mohan Estate , Tughlaqabad and Badarpur. While the line from Central Secretariat to Sarita Vihar started on 3rd October, 2010 for CommonWealth Games Opening Ceremony but from Sarita Vihar to Badarpur Route is not started due to delay and accident at Zamrudpur.

At the time of opening Sarita vihar to Central Secretariat line it is said that Sarita Vihar to Badarpur line will start before Diwali but still is not started, it raises a question that how the CMRS cleared the Sarita Vihar  to Central Secretariat line in just two days and now cleared the rest of section even after 3 days. It shows that compromise has been done during the inspection of Central Secretariat to Sarita Vihar line and nobody knows what loopholes left in the civil construction. All has been done to meet the deadlines of CommonWealth.

No doubt that DMRC has executed the Phase-I in a good way with very good quality construction and in phase - II it used some new techniques and latest international technology. Also DMRC is world class organisation but in phase-II some compromise has been made to meet the CommonWealth Games Deadline.

I hope that any loopholes which are compromised previously to save the pride of Nation in view of CommonWealth Games will be reviewed and corrected by Delhi Metro.

It is really a hurricane task to execute and manage the Metro Rail project but Mr. E Sreedharan has really become an example in front of whole world that what talent Indian peoples have.

As per news on navbharattimes.com Delhi Technological University  is going to start B.Tech Medical Engineering Course and B.Tech Mathematics & Computing from next year. These are two new courses in the country and the DTU will become first university to start medical engineering. I think the initiative is based on the lines of HRD Mr. Kapil Sibal earlier announcements.
