The recent incident of killing of a small primary student of Ryan International School at Gurgaon again raised questions about loopholes in private educational institutes. The private institute employs fourth class staff without taking proper measures to earn profit. Private schools charge heavy fees in name of good education, providing world class facilities, security, communication etc. but the result is zero.
Their CCTV cameras don't work, they don't provide timely information to parents, they don't hire employees as per norms, but just thinks and operate to achieve maximum profits. Generally private schools hire lower grade staff like guard, sweeper, driver, conductor, gardener, peon etc. at very lower rates instead of hiring competent persons and generally these are very underpaid and have terrible working conditions.

In last decade even the working condition of teaching community has gone from bad to worse. Government gives lot of benefits to private educational school/colleges for betterment of society but in reality the money is going in the pocket of personal peoples through wrong ways or by making manipulations in system. Private schools never take care of complains of students and parents but pressurizes the parents and students to stop complaining. Even sometimes they use unfair means with parents.

Private education is highly commercialized and being carried out in country only for sole purpose of big profits.

Some big decision is required to change the private education system either through taking them under government control or imposing more strict rules and norms for them. They must be put under regular screening. Students, Parents associations are must be part of scrutiny process and grading of private institutes must be set for them.

In last few weeks at our city Bhiwani I seen that many important inner circle roads and streets are being constructed with inter locking tiles. Following two places are under construction :-

1.       Bichla Bazar from Kirori Mal Mandir to Jain Chowk

2.       Pather Phoda wali gali

I appreciate this move of local administration for construction of above bit as a citizen of this city it is also our responsibility to maintain the roads. Because of some personal benefits some of us dig these newly constructed roads for setting up of their temporary arrangement in front of their shops and sometime digged by hawkers which start the damage of these newly constructed roads and reduces it’s overall life as the tiles are interlocked once one tile will loose lock with others the chain will breakup and overall life period of the path/road will be short.

As per norms roads will be constructed only when the life span of previous construction is over so I request and appeal all bhiwani walas to maintain these new roads as it will increase pains of our own.

गोरखपुर  में हुई मौत  सिर्फ उन बच्चो  की मौत  नहीं है यह मौत  है कल के होनहार  भविष्य की जोकि आने  वाले  समय  में भारत की प्रगति के सहायक बनते परन्तु सभी राजनीतिक और सामाजिक  प्रभावसाली  वयक्ति  व्यस्त  राजनीतिक  रोटियां  सेकने में | पक्ष और विपक्ष की राजनीती में कोई भी उस दर्द को महसूस मह्सूस  नहीं कर पा रहा है जो एक माँ बाप के दिल में है, उन्होने क़्या खोया , उनकी क़्या गलती थी अब जब तक जाँच होगी, मुकदमा  चलेगा , की दोषी कौन  है , उसमे वर्षो  लग जायगे और न्यायपालिका के चक्कर लगाने से डरने वाले असहाय , गरीब और मज्बूर माँ बाप को कभी न्याय मिलेगा या नहीं क्योकि दोषी अभी तक तो जाँच के लिए जरूरी  दस्तावेजों , तथ्यो को पूर्ण रूप रूप से  बदल चुके  होंगे | छोटे  और अप्रभावी कारणों  को बड़ा करके दिखाया जाएगा  परन्तु असली कारण जैसे की लापरवाही ,  भ्रष्टाचार , रिश्वत आदि सबूतों  को मिटा  दिया गया होगा | 

सभी पाठको से अनुरोध है की अपनी तरफ से विचार और सुझाव प्रस्तुत करे की कैसे इस तरह की घटनाओं  की दोबारा भविष्य में होने से रोका जा सकता है |

लुप्त होती इंसानियत

आज की तेज दौड़ती ज़िंदगी में मानवता की संवेदना लुप्त होती जा रही है, यह बात मुजा कल रास्ते पर जाते हुए महसूस हुयी जब एक संकरे रास्ते पर माल के वजन से लदी हुई रिक्शा का एक पहिया सड़क के एक गड्डे में फंस गया और तुरंत ही वहाँ जाम लग गया | आसपास  और पिछे जाम में खड़े लोग सभी मिलकर उसको धमका रहे  थे की जल्दी आगे चल और वो बेचारा भी अपनी पूरी ताकत से रिक्शा खींचने की कोशिस  कर रहा था परन्तु रिक्शा में माल ज्यादा  होने के कारण वह असफल था और कोई भी जाम में से या आस पास से उसकी सहायता के लिया आगे नहीं आया, परन्तु जल्दी सभी को ज्यादा  थी | मै  जैसे  ही अपने स्कूटर को स्टैंड पर खड़ा करके आगे मदद के लिया जाने लगा तो पीछे वाले ने चिल्लाना शुरू कर दिया कि स्कूटर बीच में खड़ा मत  करो | इसी बीच वो मज़दूर अपनी कोशिस में सफल हो गया और रास्ते का जाम खुल गया  तब मेरा मन में यह विचार आया की आज सभी कितने शून्य हो गया है | आज का मानव मानवता भूल  चूका  है, मदद, भावना, मानवता जैसे  शब्दो  का आज कोई मोल नहीं है तथा आने वाली पीढी को हम सौगात में कुछ अच्छा दे कैसे  जब हमारे  अंदर ही वो नैतिकता, इंसानियत नहीं बची है | 

सभी पढ़ने वालो से आग्रह है की आप अपनी तरफ से सुझाव प्रस्तुत करे की कैसा हम इंसानियत , मानवता और नैतिक मूल्यों को बचा सकते  है ताकि इन अच्छी  बातो को आने वाली नई पीढी को एक अच्छी विरासत दे सके|

BATTERY RICKSHAW OR E-RICKSHAW

Every day we listen, see and discuss about problem of transportation in our day to day life. We shows our concern through Facebook, twitter, whatsup etc. Many types of buses, auto-rickshaws, are available for commuting from one place to other. Technology is providing a big help to provides us new cost effective, cheap and comfortable alternatives in this direction. 

Electric vehicle is a step in this direction which not only reduces pollution but provides a cost effective way of transportation. The e-rickshaw is a cost effective way of transportation. The e-rickshaw or commonly known as battery rickshaw is playing a important role in it. The r rickshaw cost is approximately Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lac Only) depending upon its features, size, etc.   Recently Government of India only kept 12% GST on electric vehicles in comparison to other fuel operated vehicles.  It is a cheap way of transportation for common peoples and comfortable in comparison to old paddle operated rickshaw for drivers as it does not require human energy to run it. Also it provides a way of living for illiterate peoples. E-rickshaw is safer in comparison to other automobiles as their speed is less and light in weight than others. Their maintenance is very little as very few mechanical parts are there in it and it runs on batteries instead of fuel. I would like to mention here that battery rickshaw cannot be used for long distance travel as it needs to be charged at prescribed limits. Also the speed of these rickshaws is only 30-40 KMPH. Despite its plus and minus these are becoming popular in many cities of the country.
