याद आता है बचपन

खोया गया है बचपन इन पक्की सड़को और गलियो में
वो पेड के नीचे खेलना
वो गिल्ली डंडे के साथ घर से निकलना
वो बरसात के पानी में पत्थर तैराना
वो कच्ची गलियों में गिरना
गिरकर  उठकर चलना

वो दोस्तो के साथ पतंग उड़ाना
वो कुल्फी वाले को देखते ही घर वालो से ज़िद करना
हाथ मिलाना, गले मिलना था बहुत जरुरी
तो  कभी दोस्तों से कुछ देर के लिए लड़ना और फिर मिलना और साथ खेलना
कभी उनके घर जाना और पुकारना कभी उनका आना याद आता है


पर आज बच्चे व्यस्त है टी बी और मोबाइल में
सभी दोस्त है फेसबुक और टवीटर पर
आपसी मुलाकात भी होती है ऑनलाइन
एक दूसरे के घर आना जाना है मुश्किल

India Result in Rio Olympic

In 2016 Rio Olympics India has great hopes for medals and I am personally thinking that this time all records will be broken and many number of medals will be won by our nation but all the hopes failed. It is a setback for me and every Indian. Our hearts are filled with sorrows but why the 125 crores of Indians not able to get even single gold medal while some players from small nations have won more than one gold for their countries. After 70 years of independence in each olympic our players have not performed upto the expectations.

The reason behind this need to be analysed, observed and corrective measures must be taken. I feel that partiality in selection, corruption, lack of infrastructure and motivation, non availability of nutrition and other  facilities are some major points which needs to be improved.

The important point is that if some small child see the dream of become a winner in OLYMPICS then he must have strong financial background it will be impossible for him to reach national and international level if he/she is from middle/poor income family. The partiality , wrong decisions taken on ground at starting level reject the right talent and this small loophole later on becomes a setback for country.

Although now government has started giving good honour to winners but still the system needs to be changed completely as poor have no money to invest and only financially sound families children will try to aim for sports.

Monsoon Raining

In this raining season whole city is flooded with water. Each highway, road, street and major points, chowks are facing water logging problem. Traffic jams due to water logging is a major hurdle. The above scene is common everywhere. Every year this situation occurs and before monsoon government, political leaders and local administration makes big claims about their preparations and activities all of which totally fails when rain starts. Sewerage system is cleaned before every monsoon but still when rain starts 3-4 feet water logging is common on all highways and roads. Recently Gurgaon Traffic jam on NH-8 and at IFFCO Chowk, Honda Chowk, etc. really created an emergency situation and whole administration / government is failed in that scenario.

I think the problem lies somewhere in basic cities planning of India because all main metro cities of India because water draining system / sewerage system is not designed / working properly. The water exist / drainage system is designed keeping in mind initial stage and scope for future development taken on that place in coming years is not estimated. Maintenance is also another major problem as government departments and red-tapism/bureaucracy is a major hurdle in implementation and completion of any work.  The solid waste/polythene during the rainy season blocks the flow of water in drainages/sewerages which in turn generates water logging problem and by the time local administration / government agencies takes action to clear that the situation becomes worst.

Another reason of above problem is that no open land area is now to absorb water inside the cities and everything is covered with concrete which stops water absorption power of earth.

Over and above that it must be thinked that how much loss of life and property happens due to above mentioned problems. Water logging damage the roads and accidents happens on these roads.
