It is hard to ascertain about charges for any repair/maintenance activity as the availability of skilled / semi-skilled manpower is not up to the mark. Although lot of unskilled persons are offering their services but finding a really skilled/semi-skilled person for your needs is hard. Over and above that the skilled person charges are known only after completion of work and you need to request/call/visit his place many times for your need. Why the attitude of these skilled/semi-skilled peoples are not attentive towards their customers. Is it due to lot of work available to them or may be they are not willing to move higher in their field.

What can be the solution for above as unemployment is a very big issue in our country.
