Implementation of Sixth Pay Commission

Recently I come to know about the decision of our management that Sixth Pay Commission will be not implemented in our organization right now and the same will be considered in the next financial year. On the basis of my experiences in this organization I can say that no arrear will be given so what should I do can anyone please suggest. As my household budget is already under tremendous pressure and I am not able to meet my regular requirements.  I am working hard and most of my holidays goes in office and I am also putting extra hours in working so should I ask my boss for appraisal.

Starting Business

Right now whole world is going through the recession. Economies of Developed countries like America are under tremendous pressure and growth rate of economy of India is also less than the previous year. Moreover everyday news about job cuts and fall down of big companies rocks everyone. Before the start of recession, I mean two-three months back one of my best friend is planning to resign from his private job and starting his own business but now he come to know that financial projections developed by him have totally changed due to increase/decrease in prices of raw material/finished product. He is under fear that whether he will successful or not in new business or should he wait for sometime to start his business or he should go aggressively ahead and take benefits of market recession.

I have advised him to wait till the completion of central government election due in next year and analyze the situation after that as US New President will also stabilize in his Office and steps taken by government of every country will also show their results.

Dear Friends what would you suggest him.

Sunday

Oh yesterday I spent my whole Sunday at office working for some urgent project. I spent more working hours than regular working days but I know that I will not get any appreciation/benefit benefit for the same although I burned the fuel of my own vehicle for official purpose and in between need to change punctured tyre of my two-wheeler for which I have to spent Rs.40 extra. Now I am planning to claim for all the fuel burnt for official purpose in last two fortnights to save my pocket.

Crowd Management in Indian Temples

We generally take the news of deaths due to bomb blasts, terrorist attack very seriously and media, politicians & leaders, common men, everyone discuss and speaks about it but we never thinks and seriously investigate the issue of stampede/mismanagement of crowd at famous / big temples of India. Administration, Law & Order Agencies rarely take interest to deeply search the reasons behind killing / injuries due to large rush in temples. None of the temple management committees takes steps before the important fair/festivals/events for management of crowd. Recently more than 200 persons killed in Chamunda temple at Jodhpur, Rajasthan due to lack of arrangements. Most of the victims are young age persons.

Although temples receive huge funds from devotees in form of donations but the funds are rarely used for development of system in temples. Here it is important to mention that Shri Triupati Balaji temple and Vaishno Devi temple have good system because of of right use of funds.

Funds earned in the form of donation generally goes into pockets of individuals which ultimately affects the devotion of visitors and reduce the religious faith of anyone so I think all the big temples authorities must be controlled by a national temples management board consisting of government nominees, religious leaders, local authority representatives. Authority must be given to local authority but must be managed by National Temple Board.

Extra funds received must be used for the welfare of society.
