2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi

Since last four five years everybody knows that Delhi is going to host the most prestigious Commonwealth Games 2010 and government has already made lots of efforts for the same. Thousand crores of rupees have been spent to raise infrastructure for the games but still as per the international standards and commonwealth games managing committee Delhi is not ready till date and now when only one and half year (approx.) is available with us what we can hope. I think government will spend extra money and put too much extra man power to complete infrastructure related projects. Few fortnights back their is a news that Delhi do not have sufficient number of hotels to accommodate the commonwealth games visitors. Metro is also not connected to International Airport and Commonwealth Games Village and stadium hosting various events. Many flyover and road projects are also running long behind their schedules and about traffic management it is hard to say anything. Nobody knows what the government have planned for traffic management. Regarding cleaning of River Yamuna Delhi Government is working since last 5-10 years as per the instruction of Courts but the results are zero.  I think India should work with the help of experts of Beijing Olympics so that we we will India can present an example in front of whole world about its claim for next Olympics.

Will Delhi be ready?

Happy Christmas to all of you.?

Think Green / Save Energy

Recently I received a mail containing speech of Former President of India Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam regarding Power saving. Following are the contents : Please read and implement the steps in your office

Dear ISC Members,

I am presenting a article which came to me in my office email id regarding the Power Saving speech given by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. I am writing this resource as it.
a Think Green Initiative
Be the Change you want to see!
To all those who do not TURN OFF their
PCs, ACs & Lights before leaving the office....
Most of use from the IT field do one thing before leaving for the day from office, Press CTRL+ALT+DEL and leave happily. That means your PC is still ON.
One Normal PC in Sleep Mode (Hibernation) will consume 35Watts/hour. Based on this let's do a small calculation.
For One week, 24*7=168 Hours. Of this if we consider that we are working for 68 hours, then the PC is in Sleep Mode for 100 hours a week.
For one month, 4*100=400 hours. In a normal IT office, if we assume approximately 250 PCs are there, 250*400=1,00,000 hours (Sleep Mode), So power wasted in an office in a month is 1,00,000*35=3500KWH or units. If the charge per unit is Indian Rs 6, then totally the wastage value is approximately Indian Rs 21,000.
Here the sad thing is not the money loss to the company but the power loss to the country. (Hope no company bothered about this procedure of keeping the
system in sleep mode)
Apart from the loss to the country, we need to think of the efforts people are putting for producing the power in Mines, Thermal Stations, Hydro Electric Stations etc. If this is to continue, the cost of unit will go up, at one stage, we will not get power even if we are ready to pay any cost.
So, before leaving office, take some time to shut down the PC and do some favour to the COUNTRY
and the organisation.

If you feel that this point is to be considered, forward this to all your friends.

**Source - email received in my Office. I request Editors to Approve this Resource.
So Members, I think we can help our Country at least by doing this favour.

I would like to say that if you can not implement the steps in your organisation please implement it at your own seat, as the individual initiative also makes a big difference.

Mobile Connection

Two years back i opted for a new mobile/cellphone connection from one of the reputed company under two years advance rental plan. After two years and 10 days they sent a letter to me that your plan has expired and  please select new plan as I was not interested to continue with this number/telephone service provider i requested them to disconnect this number but they said I need to pay two bills as per new plan allocated to me without my wish otherwise the number/services would be not terminated. In short it is forced on me to pay extra without any usage. I want to say that government should make a policy that these private telephone companies do not exploit the customers through their wrong means and ways. Companies should inform the customer in 15 days advance about expiry of last date and only after that they should ask for payments.

Please suggest me whether i should pay the amount or not. Can I take some legal action against company for this mental / financial harassment. Can RTI may be used as a tool against this exploitation.

Government System

I read following lines  by someone on rediff.com in a article and found these lines very true, please go through these lines and express your views on the same.

An Olympic shooter wins Gold (Only a game) & Government gives him 3 Crores
Another Shooter dies, fighting with terrorists (Saving our country and our live) & government pays his family 5 lakhs.
1. Do not worry about those who have come thru boats...
Our forces can easily defeat them.
WORRY about those who have come thru votes....
Those are our REAL ENEMIES....
2. What a shame and disgrace to every citizen of India that the elite
NSG Force was transported into ordinary BEST buses, whereas our
cricketers are transported into state of the art luxury buses, these
Jawans lay down their lives to protect every Indian and these cricketers
get paid even if they lose a match, we worship these cricketers and
forget the martyrdom of these brave Jawans.
The Jawans should be paid the salaries of the cricketers and the
cricketers should be paid the salaries of the Jawans.
3. An ace shooter shoots and gets gold medal, govt gives 3cr, another
shooter dies while shooting terrorist, govt gives 5 lakh.
WHO DESERVES MORE? Huh.. This is our India....
4. Too much spent on Politicians security but too less on common man.
Please be a patriot and forward this to everyone u know.
Really great!!!!!!!!!!! Hats off to India !!!!!!!!!!!!

Bailout Package in India

First bailout package by Indian Government is announced yesterday amounting to Rs.35000 crores. Package will reduce the prices of cars and other consumer products. Government reduced central Value Added Tax. Package is aimed to give boost to real estate, exports,  auto, textiles, other industries and highways. It should help generate jobs in the textiles sector, the largest employer among industries. Reserve Bank had already announced the cut in CRR (Cash Reserve Ratio) and Repo Rate.  Further the decision regarding the cut in petrol and diesel prices is likely to be announced soon. Industries also announced that all the tax benefit will be passe3d to consumers. Package is announced by Planning Commission deputy chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia.

Did the announcement of package indicate that India is also under recession and affected by Global Financial Crisis. It means that in next year the India will be also under big stress like the USA.

Commercialization of Education

Commercialization  of Education is on boom in India these days and its starting was from the days of boom in IT Sector when many private companies opened their computer training centre giving diplomas and degrees in various town & cities of every state. Most of which failed and run away with hard earned money of peoples. Similarly the concept of Distance Education launched by government in its various universities is purely business model behind it because whenever a students miss any deadline he have to pay the fines but if university misses all deadlines no measures will be taken in that case. I myself have gone through a graduate distance programme from Guru Jambeshwar University, Hisar, Haryana and I never received the study material on time I have to pay the fees by end of august but I always received material in the last week of January. In last year of course for one subject A soft copy (CD) of that subject received to me only two days before the exam. I want to say that when government universities will act in this manner what can be said about the private institutions.  Universities are making money out of distance courses but nor providing services to the students. Dispatch of syllabus, study material is not done. No deadlines are mentioned for the staff to provide books and other required things to students on time. Last year one student doing M.Com from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak through Distance Programme and gone to collect study material at the study centre in December , he received only three books out of six subject and told that university had printed only 3 books and rest of the books are not printed and given by university. What the university is charging for, when they do not give study material to the students it means they are just selling degrees, its shameful that no body is their to take care of these things. No one is raising a voice against them. M.Com (final) year syllabus is not sent by university and neither it is available on DDE site/MDU site. I think no audit system is their for all these things.

Staff involved in printing of study material eats the money and which is clearly corruption. I want to say please don't break the backbone of education as it will lead to disaster.

How Safe is our Nation?

Now Mr. P Chidambaram has taken control of Home Ministry and Mr. Shivraj Patil resigned by taking moral responsibility for Mumbai attacks. Other Parties too have started making comments and Prime Minister himself have called all party meeting in which he talked about setting up of a federal agency and increased co-ordination between navy, coast guard and other agencies. He also announced for setting up of four centres of National Security Guard in various part of country but I want to know why these steps have not been taken earlier and after Jaipur, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Delhi Blasts. We all knows the speed of work in government system, did government working against any deadline to complete the setup of federal agency. In how much time NSG centres will be setup and in which areas.

Government have also not taken any measure steps against Senior Intelligence Officials of IB (Intelligence Bureau) & RAW (Research & Analysis Wing). Why always these agencies fails to give accurate information.

When everybody is aware that after Delhi Blasts, Mumbai is on hit list of terrorists why the security is not strengthened and what steps have been taken by Government when they received information that attacked may be by sea route.

I know that everyone will forget and calms down , all political parties will forget about it and speak about new topics. Security agencies will also got relaxed and the terrorist will take benefit of it and will prepare themselves to attack me, you and our nation, why we do not eliminate the terrorist camp working outside  India by hitting them hard. All the peace process steps between India and Pakistan must be need to be reviewed again.

Lets see what happens till the end of this year.

Implementation of Sixth Pay Commission

Recently I come to know about the decision of our management that Sixth Pay Commission will be not implemented in our organization right now and the same will be considered in the next financial year. On the basis of my experiences in this organization I can say that no arrear will be given so what should I do can anyone please suggest. As my household budget is already under tremendous pressure and I am not able to meet my regular requirements.  I am working hard and most of my holidays goes in office and I am also putting extra hours in working so should I ask my boss for appraisal.

Please suggest.

Attack on Mumbai

The financial capital of India attacked again and more than 100 peoples died in the attack including some foreigners and more than 300 are injured. The famous Taj Hotel is under fire. It is sad that Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) Chief Hemant Karkare, Additional Commissioner Ashok Kamte and known encounter specialist Vijay Salaskar were killed outside Mumbai's Cama hospital when terrorist throw the grenades on Police and ATS team. Some other police personals are also killed while fighting with terrorists. School & Colleges will remain close today and all the international flights from Mumbai has been canceled. Stock market will also remain close. In Taj Hotel and Trident Hotel (Oberoi) terrorist have made hostage of peoples and most of them are foreigners. As per the witnesses terrorist were looking for Americans and British peoples. Taj Hotel is the heritage of Mumbai is under fire and army and navy commandos are their for rescue. NSG Commandos and sharp shooters from other security agencies have also reached Mumbai to curb terrorist. Home Minister Shivraj Patil himself have reached Mumbai while Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh is reaching their and requested the Mumbaikars to remain calm. President Pratibha Patil, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress President Sonia Gandhi have condemned the attack. Other VVIP are also visiting Mumbai which is not good as I think will increase the problems of security agencies and affect the relief operations.

The Terrorist attack in hospital shows that terrorist have no humanity inside them and they are totally against whole world.

But it should be noted that Police teams are not trained properly and do not have enough modern weapons to to fight the terrorist attack due to which we are losing our brave police and other security personals. Their must be some special team equipped with latest technology and modern weapons present on 24 x 7 x 365 basis in every city which is highly sensitive from terrorist attack point of view.

At last Salute to Every Soldier for their invaluable sacrifice.

Starting Business

Right now whole world is going through the recession. Economies of Developed countries like America are under tremendous pressure and growth rate of economy of India is also less than the previous year. Moreover everyday news about job cuts and fall down of big companies rocks everyone. Before the start of recession, I mean two-three months back one of my best friend is planning to resign from his private job and starting his own business but now he come to know that financial projections developed by him have totally changed due to increase/decrease in prices of raw material/finished product. He is under fear that whether he will successful or not in new business or should he wait for sometime to start his business or he should go aggressively ahead and take benefits of market recession.

I have advised him to wait till the completion of central government election due in next year and analyze the situation after that as US New President will also stabilize in his Office and steps taken by government of every country will also show their results.

Dear Friends what would you suggest him.

Sunday

Oh yesterday I spent my whole Sunday at office working for some urgent project. I spent more working hours than regular working days but I know that I will not get any appreciation/benefit benefit for the same although I burned the fuel of my own vehicle for official purpose and in between need to change punctured tyre of my two-wheeler for which I have to spent Rs.40 extra. Now I am planning to claim for all the fuel burnt for official purpose in last two fortnights to save my pocket.

Crowd Management in Indian Temples

We generally take the news of deaths due to bomb blasts, terrorist attack very seriously and media, politicians & leaders, common men, everyone discuss and speaks about it but we never thinks and seriously investigate the issue of stampede/mismanagement of crowd at famous / big temples of India. Administration, Law & Order Agencies rarely take interest to deeply search the reasons behind killing / injuries due to large rush in temples. None of the temple management committees takes steps before the important fair/festivals/events for management of crowd. Recently more than 200 persons killed in Chamunda temple at Jodhpur, Rajasthan due to lack of arrangements. Most of the victims are young age persons.

Although temples receive huge funds from devotees in form of donations but the funds are rarely used for development of system in temples. Here it is important to mention that Shri Triupati Balaji temple and Vaishno Devi temple have good system because of of right use of funds.

Funds earned in the form of donation generally goes into pockets of individuals which ultimately affects the devotion of visitors and reduce the religious faith of anyone so I think all the big temples authorities must be controlled by a national temples management board consisting of government nominees, religious leaders, local authority representatives. Authority must be given to local authority but must be managed by National Temple Board.

Extra funds received must be used for the welfare of society.

Badarpur

Do you think that construction of metro rail will reduce chaos/traffic at Badarpur Border and when it will complete. The construction of flyover from Badarpur Thermal Power Plant to Sec-37 in Faridabad is not started till now so don't think about its completion period. Currently their is too much rush from Jaitpur Mod to Aali Mod and during peak hours the situation is unbearable. In the night when heavy traffic starts moving in and out from Delhi the congestion is uncontrollable.

What is the solution for the same when we know the government machinery is not able to built the Badarpur Flyover soon due to some malign interested peoples having impact in streets of POWER & Administration and because of delay the cost of construction for flyover has increased several times.

Do you think that any one interested to work for this work can take any particular step so that the work for the flyover will start as early as possible or can we take initiative to make some group who work towards the development of Flyover within prescribed deadlines.

Please suggest solutions which comes to your mind.

Best Indian Cricketer

India had produced a number of great cricketers like Gavaskar, Azharuddin, Srinath, Kapil Dev, Kumble, Ganguly, Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Sehwag, Dhoni and the list is endless. Since the inception of cricket in India if we wants to measure that who is best cricketers what criteria should be undertaken.

Should Kapil Dev be treated as Best cricketers because of World Cup or Sunil Gavaskar must be because of performance and records or our little master Mr. Tendulkar because of his long ongoing journey through the corridors of cricket. Sourabh Ganguly is the successful captain while Rahul Dravid (Mr. Cool) is solid batsman, Sehwag due to his good batting skills and again Mr. Dhoni have brought the T-20 world cup to India.

Please mention your best cricketer.

Internet Browsers

In starting I used to browse the Internet with the help of Internet Explorer (IE) 5 and  then upgraded to IE 6 but facing some problems many times due to technical errors.

Then I switched to Mozilla Firefox 2 and feel happy using google toolbar and tabs feature provided in it but it also started giving problems and upgraded to Firefox 3 but that did not help me and in between listened about launch of browser from Google i.e. Google Chrome. Google chrome also gives facility of tabs but the nice thing is it gives icons of recently browsed webpages. In starting I am under the impression that it is faster than other browsers but soon it started giving problem of hanging ("Kill pages" or "Wait") so now I see one website in chrome when chrome gives problem, i move to firefox and when firefox bent down i use IE and in case IE. It is a complex situation for me as IT has a old look and did not have tabs features. Also IE is more under the reach of spywares and viruses in comparison to Firefox and Chrome.

Let see what is next, i am waiting for new version of Google Chrome.

Hindu Organisations

Since last few fortnights their is too much coming in print and electronic media for ban on Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad due to violence in Orissa and Karnataka. But due to political compulsion Prime Minister and his cabinet is not able to take any decision regarding the same. An interesting fact I would like to mention that website of Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad is not accessible, the reason behind it is not known to me.

I am a Hindu and believes in Vasudeva Kutumb Policy, if these organisations are trying to stop religion conversion than they should work in positive way by checking the reason behind the will which comes into mind of any individual/family. They may be facing poverty problem, exploitation from senior caste peoples or many other issues. Bajrang Dal and VHP should try to fight against these issues/reason so that their will be no religious conversion. If any religion conversion happens forcefully they must notify law & order agencies, government and media as well. But do not take laws in your hand and stop killing innocent peoples. I think media should also come forward to check the incidence of forceful & financial religious conversion incidents and bring the truth in front of nation.

I request all peoples to come forward to stop fighting in the name of religion. We all should respect religion of each other and must try to protect our religion by addressing/working for the reason behind the frustration of peoples who are interested to change their religion due to exploitation/financial problem/social problems.

I have no intention to hurt the sentiment of anyone, if you found anything wrong in above article please inform me.

Chandrayaan-1

Chandrayaan

India's first unmanned moon vehicle launched from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota on Wednesday mounted on PSLV.ISRO Chairman G Madhavan Nair declared the launch successful and the news brings the smiles on the faces of all Indians. Now India is the the sixth nation after the US, Russia, European Space Agency, China and Japan, to send a mission to the moon.

Chandrayaan will take around 5 days to get to the moon. Its mission is high-resolution remote sensing of the Lunar surface in visible, near Infrared, low energy X-rays and high-energy X-ray regions and prepare a three-dimensional atlas (with a high spatial and altitude resolution of 5-10m) of both near and far side of the moon.

It will also conduct chemical and mineralogical mapping of the entire lunar surface for distribution of elements such as Magnesium, Aluminum, Silicon, Calcium, Iron and Titanium with a spatial resolution of about 20 km and high atomic number elements such as Radon, Uranium & Thorium with a spatial resolution of about 40 km.

Victory at Mohali

India wins the test match at Mohali by 320 runs with contribution from Sachin, Ganguly, Harbhajan, Ishant, Amit Mishra, Gautam Gambhir, Zaheer and other team members. it is really big victory as the margin of 320 runs shows. It is one of the biggest ever Test win for our team.

Best of luck Team India for Series and hopes that the series will end in favour of India.

Sachin Tendulkar

Sachin Tendulkar3 Brain Lara

On October 17, 2008 Sachin Tendulkar again surpassed a milestone set by his fellow great cricketers like Alan Border, Brian Lara, Sunil Gavaskar and others. First he break the highest test run record of Brian Lara by making 11953 runs and then completed 12000 runs in Test Cricket (A Great achievement not only for all Indians but for every cricketer and every sportsman in this world.). I hope that he will cross the 15000 mark and he may be the one of the great sportsmen/cricketer who had so many number of records with him.

He had played since the age of 16 and playing till date without untiring efforts dedication and his love for cricket. Here I would like to mention the lines read in book YOU CAN WIN by SHIV KHERA that

"The average person puts only 25% of his energy and ability into his work. The world takes off its hat to those who put in more than 50% of their capacity, and stands on its head for those few and far between souls who devote 100%."

--Andrew Carnegie

And there is no doubt that Sachin had devoted his 100% energy to cricket.

BEST OF LUCK TO THE GREAT LITTLE MASTER AND A SON OF INDIAN SOIL.

Windows Vista

windows-vista-logo-1

Generally all the branded computers/laptops available in market comes with preloaded operating system i.e. Windows Vista. Many Versions like Windows Vista Home Edition, Windows Vista Business etc. are available but you will not find any laptop which comes preloaded with Windows XP and this is the blunder most of the users are fighting. Either purchase DOS based computer/laptop or go for VISTA but don’t have option of any other version of Windows. If you buy DOS based laptop / computer then you will not received the facility of backup & recovery software, driver of motherboard chipset, modem, wireless etc. The problem with the Vista is that if you want to add additional devices like camera, pen drive, printer etc with your computer in that case there is a possibility that it may not be compatible with your Windows Vista operating system. Either you have to buy a new vista compatible device or downgrade your computer. I am not against Vista as it may be technically better or its structure may be good for  advanced users but what about the common user.

I know that Windows XP have similar problem in starting (I mean when it launched) but the service pack have solved the Windows XP problem but as per my knowledge no service pack for Windows Vista have been released by Microsoft till date. It may possible that in near future they have some plans to release service pack for Vista but currently I am not aware about it.

The question is if you are facing problem with your computer/laptop which comes with preloaded vista and you want to downgrade to XP then what is the solution.

1. Did user need to pay additionally for Win-XP?

2. What about device drivers and other additional/ bonus software received (if you go for low level format*)?

*PLEASE DON’T FORMAT WITH PROPER INFORMATION & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

3. Will it end After Sales Support Agreement with the manufacturer?

4. If in future you want to load Vista what is the procedure. Need to pay again for Vista)?

Many more queries like above will stand in front of common user.

Please send me your opinion about Windows Vista

Bomb Blast Victims

I read on a media website that announcement made by government / political leaders for compensation to the victims of Bomb Blast in Delhi on 13th September is yet not made. Political leaders immediately make announcement after any tragedy for compensation but the victims have to go again and again to government officer and plead with clerk, bureaucrats for compensation and they also need to pay some fixed amount to them as service fee otherwise the compensation money will not reach their hands. After paying all partners (clerk, officers & bureaucrats) victim in last gets a very little amount.

I feel ashamed that educated persons working in government departments do not understand the tragedy and pain of victims.

Corruption is really very high.

Please suggest your ideas to remove corruption.

International Financial Crisis

BSE Sensex which is around 22000 (Twenty Two thousand) mark in March 2008 had gone below the level of 11000 (Eleven thousand). All the major scripts like Reliance Communications (RCOM), ONGC, TATA Steel, NTPC, SAIL, State Bank of India, Relinace Petrolium (RPL), Reliance Infrastructure, etc. have lost more than 50% of their 52 weeks high and some of them have touched their 52 weeks low or lost more than that. High Inflation Rate is other major factor which is standing behind slowdown. I hope that share market will recover after the election when new Central Indian Government will be formed. I hope by May-June 2009 Sensex will cross the 15000 mark.

Above mentioned slowdown is the result of dependence on FII money / Foreign Investors and financial failure of US economy players like Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, AIG International etc. Even many other European & banks/financial institutions of other countries are also seeking help from governments of their respective territory. Some banks and financial companies have received the help from central banks of their nation to save themselves from bankruptcy. Before the slowdown whole world is working in the style of American system which is failed now and due to same whole world is facing financial crisis.

Still I think the financial crisis has not shown its full powers and can lead to bankruptcy of some nations and failure of financial/banking/insurance companies worldwide. IMF, World Bank and other international financial organizations are worried and looking for ways to save the whole world from financial crisis which happens because of virtual creation of assets and too much over estimation of assets or we can say a hype of too much over estimation by private sector players without any intervention, monitoring by Governments of their respective countries.

In long term the unemployment, Inflation, political & other concerned crisis are not estimated till now which have much bigger impact on society and humanization.

Lets come forward to save our world from this crisis and efforts should be made that future generation will be able to save themselves from this kind of problem. Long term financial policy on national and international levels needs to be designed keeping in mind the safety aspects and interest of investors.

Fire Crackers on Diwali

Fire crackers of hundred crores are burst on Diwali, leading to so much smoke, noise and other types of pollution. Further it creates and increase problems of patients admitted in hospitals and senior citizens who are generally have some type of allergy/disease due to age factors are increased. If the same amount of money is used for betterment of society it could be very useful.

I know that many peoples are employed with crackers industry but fire crackers manufacturers should come forward to make a policy which specifies the limit of noise, size, smoke etc with regard to manufacturing of crackers. Safety of the user must be also kept in mind as generally teenagers use them. Moreover they should also try to invent how the bad impact of fire crackers on environment can be reversed and is it possible to recycle the waste produced by crackers. Although government have fixed time in some cities for bursting of crackers but it should also fix the standards for manufacturing of crackers.

On the level of individual every one should come forward to SAY NO TO CRACKERS so that we can save environment of our planet Earth which has reached to critical dangerous stage right now due to global warming and rising pollution levels.

We should celebrate our festivals with flowers, sweets and happiness. There are also many others methods through which we can celebrate our festivals.

Let’s spread this message to everyone.

Due to heavy raining flood in Bihar, Assam and Orissa many peoples are dead and lakhs of peoples gets displaced while crops on lacs of hectare submerged in flood water and it is hard to estimate the loss of other assets. It is all result of wrong steps like industrialization, Cutting forests on large scale, etc. which affects the environment of our planet ‘Earth’ and we all knows about Global Warming. Even if you want to analyze, see the Mt. Everest picture of 1970 and see the picture of today, you will immediately feel the change. If we continue to play with the nature & environment of our planet it will become a danger for human beings.

Every individual should put his effort to improve the environment.

Please send me the ways how the rain water can be used so that no flood occurs and our environment did not gets affected.

American Economy

The failure of Lehman Brothers and sale of Merrill Lynch clearly shows the picture of USA economy.

Recently US Govt. given bailout to AIG and overtaken Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley is now under the command of US administration.

It will create big unemployment in US and affect the whole world severely and if right steps are not taken by US government than definitely the whole world will face big slowdown as happened in 1930-40 when all world faced huge slowdown except Russia. This time it looks like that China will be able to beat the inflation while rest world is finding it difficult to save themselves from impact of slowdown in US economies.

Speed at Google

Just few days back I updated my phone no. on my google adsense profile and as soon as I clicked on save I received a mail in my inbox about updation from google. The process is much faster than anything else. I am surprised and forced to think that how much infrastructure they have and what type of computers/servers/hardware & software they are using. It’s really awesome. Google is using latest & complex technology to provide services to its users.

I really love it.

If you want to test the speed of google just a send an email from your gmail account to some invalid gmail id and within no time you will receive delivery failure notice. Is just gives a feel that google server is sitting next to you.

Because of its hardwork and latest technology Google is market leader today.

Best of luck to Google.

Salute to Inspector M.C Sharma

I salute to Delhi Police Special Cell Inspector M.C Sharma who died battling the fight against terrorism. He was the winner of seven gallantry medals. He was critically injured in an encounter with Indian Mujahideen militants. For Mr. M.C Sharma Friday, the day began with a visit to a hospital to see his son who is down with dengue. He got a tip that some militants involved in recent Delhi serial blasts were holed up in Jamia Nagar.                Mr. Sharma had developed a vast network of informers who used to provide him useful tip offs.  Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma, dressed in a kurta-pyajama, was killed as three terrorists suddenly came out from another room in the fourth floor flat and opened fire. He is not wearing a Bullet Proof Jacket.   A significant cache of arms, including an AK-47, pistols, six mobile phones and several SIM cards along with two laptops were seized from the three bedrooms flat. The availability of AK-47, pistols proves that these are the terrorist not the innocent peoples as claimed by some people.

At last I would like to say that everyone should come forward to support his family in each and every way. May God give the strength to family to bear this shock.

Security Cover in India

After recent bomb blast in Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Jaipur it is very clear that internal security cover and intelligence network have been clearly thrashed by Islamic Jihadis organization getting support of Pakistan. Intelligence Bureau and RAW (Research & Analysis Wing) is totally failed.  Even failure of intelligence is admitted by our Prime Minister also. Now the Security and Intelligence agencies needs to totally update / change their style of working and even make great changes in system to get them ahead of terrorist. They should use latest technology and strengthen themselves at root level / lower levels. While the budget of these agencies are going up every year the result are not known and existence of corruption need not to be mentioned.

Indian Police should also have integrated nationwide database of criminals & suspects, sensitive places / localities which must be at least accessible to each and every Superintendent of Police with the help of internet/mobile. Police of each state must be connected to the above mentioned database. Intelligence agencies should also develop some kind of information database for them and should try to engage informer/partners at root levels. Government should make some law & policies (like POTA) which empowers security and intelligence agencies to curb terrorist and criminals. Political system should not be an obstacle in fight against terrorism. The above project must be implemented on war scale and within mentioned time frame and we knows that as much we delay the project, that will affect security of our country. Corruption needs to be handled in a bigger way.

On news website I read that in an encounter with terrorist at Delhi, two policemen’s of Delhi Police Special Cell got injured, one of whom is inspector leading the team and other is head constable. Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma got bullet in abdomen while head constable has a gunshot injury in arm. I don’t understand why they have been not provided Bullet Proof Jackets even when they belongs to special cell and one of the injured is officer leading the team. Crores of rupees are spent on modernization of police as per the statement of politicians/government leaders, where they have gone.

I think the encounter is not well planned because it had been carried in daylight in residential area and that’s why two terrorist managed to escape. Why the area is not properly covered, is proper manpower is not available with police or the department don’t have encounter strategy experts with them.

There is also a big demand since last 2-3 years that a central agency is required for co-ordination / monitoring between various State Police to remove communication gap, ego problems and other departmental issues. But no decision had been taken yet even though we have lost so many life’s at Jaipur, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Delhi. If the decision is related to some big person / VIP / Politician, it will have been taken on very urgent basis but why not for common citizen. Their must be some discussions between state police heads at regular intervals and the lower ranks officials discussions must should also be their at mentioned time period to increase co-operation.

Lets see what happens in near future.

Don’t forget to mention your views regarding the same.

Delhi Blasts

The recent attack by terrorist on Saturday in Delhi has opened the pole of all intelligence and security agencies. In printing media I read that the bomb blast claimed by Indian Mujahideen / SIMI is part of their operation BAD (B for Bangalore, A for Ahmedabad and D for Delhi) and the used commonly available explosive material and used modern technology / computers to send terror emails.

And the after comments of Politicians for justice are totally false. We know the cases of Jaipur, Bangalore and Ahmedabad. Government have announced some financial help for the victims but we know that it will not reach on time nor the complete amount. Various peoples involved in the process of claim eats money and very small amount reaches to needy/victims due to big official formalities.

Again every common man should come forward to provide his co-operation to curb these terrorist activities. We all should stay alert.

2008 RAIN

This year monsoon is very good all over India and especially in North India, I hope that crops will be very good this season. I want to mention / discuss regarding the raining/monsoon in our country on following points:

·        RAIN WATER HARVESTING

If we could harvest rain water it will solve the all problem of water faced by every citizen especially in summers. But as per my knowledge we are not looking forward in this direction neither the government had made any rule and regulation regarding rain water harvesting nor any NGO is working in this direction.  We generally construct houses starting from 20 sq. yards to 1000 sq. yards and spent between 3-5 lacs to 15–25 crores for construction of house but never we thinks about creating a system for rain water harvesting and the same water blocks the drainage system and due to that water gets lodged on roads .

·        WATER LOGGING / DAMAGED ROADS

We have seen and experienced many problems due to logged water on each and every roads and our daily routine gets highly affected due to same. The solution is to make proper drainage system and the regular maintenance / cleaning of drainage system must be in place. High quality roads must be constructed in scientific manner overtaking the corruption involved so that they do not brake in rainy season.

·        Flood Control

If we use the rain water in scientific way then we can also save loss of life and asset happens due to floods in rainy season, as happened this in Bihar and Assam.

·        INFLATION

Inflation will come under control up to some extent as predicted by our some economy financial experts.

I am sure that if we take imitative about above mentioned points it will provide so too benefits to our nation.

Kindly suggest me more points for the same.

India Joins NSG

India Clinched the NSG wavier on Saturday, 6th September, 2008 at Vienna ending 34 years ban after it conducted nuclear test at Pokhran in 1976. The deal started when 123 agreement signed between India and United States of America by Prime Minister Manmohan singh and President George Bush, after that it cleared the IAEA safeguards and then reached the NSG group (text of the waiver is not kno

wn so far) . Now after getting NSG waiver it will again reach America for final changes in Indo-US Nuclear deal and if everything goes right, then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and President George Bush will sign the agreement. Now the main concerns are what impact it will have on Hyde Act and what terms & conditions are their in NSG (Nuclear Supplier Group) Decision. It is not known to all Indians that what will happen if India conducts a nuclear test in coming future as Madam Rice said to media that it was highly unlikely that India would test again and jeopardize the exemption granted it by the NSG. We all know that NSG was set up against India after Pokhran test in 1974.

UPA Government continuously telling the peoples that deal is beneficial for country and no compromise have been done with regard to interest & security of our nation which is purely fictitious truth. While whole world is looking this nuclear deal as a non proliferation issue congress government is projecting it as Energy Security for India. We all have seen the external policies of congress government and the latest example is Opposition from China.

Few days back secret letter leaked from State department of US confirms it. Let’s suppose that reactors are supplied to India at the cost of billion dollars but without guarantee of getting supply of uranium. Also we could not reprocess radioactive waste which stays for 10000 years. What impact it will have on our environment. How the Indian government could forget the case of Tarapur Plant.

It looks like that we are buying a hostage situation for the nation by paying our own money. It also raises a doubt that may be some moles of other countries are in dictating position in power.

If we will invest that much amount / money into some alternative energy source research that will bring employment to so many youths of our country plus confidence increase moral of our scientist and make path for future generation. We can present an example in front of whole world instead of following to some particular developed nation like a slave.

The above article is purely based on my observations and knowledge and may be some facts are wrong and i welcome all correction in above open heartedly.

It's OUR Time Now: Youth and Politics

It's OUR Time Now: Youth and Politics

Industrial projects (SEZ)

In last two three years three is too much written, shown and published in print and electronic media about land acquisition for big industrial projects, SEZ etc. Most common of these are Nandigram SEZ, TATA Nano motor plant at Singur, Reliance SEZ in Haryana, SEZ projects in Goa, etc. Few months back a big padal yatra held through many states reaching Delhi protesting against acquisition of land.

The main thing which comes to my mind why always fertile and productive land is used for industrial/commercial projects. Whenever fertile land is acquired , farmers gets unemployed and seek small service opportunity in industrial / commercial projects setup on their land.

A good solution of above is to use non-fertile land for industrial and commercial projects.  Acquisition of Non-productive land will give our country two tier profit system. While on one side it will not affect food production (which is already under pressure) and did not spreads unemployment in farmers on the other side it will use non fertile land and produce employment means double employment generation. Farmers who are already farming will work in their farms and rest unemployed peoples will work in industrial/commercial projects setup on non fertile land but the biggest hurdle in implementation of above is Corruption, Political wishes of our leaders and loopholes in system.

Since the announcement of TATA regarding closing of Nano plant in Singur everyone seems to be in favour of TATA’s but no one is saying why they are using fertile land? Previously everyone is saying and standing in favour of farmers.

Faridabad Roads

Due to heavy rain since last two months all the roads of Faridabad city have broken from many places and clearly tell the story of corruption. Bad quality of material, wrong tactics in construction of roads and approach to benefit individuals through in whole process are main reasons behind it. Water gets lodged on road and roads breaks downs. Although every city had bad roads due to rain, even our capital Delhi also but media covers the capital but forgotten to do the same for Faridabad. Crores of rupees are spent on construction of roads but none of the government organization cares for disposal of water when water gets lodged on roads due to heavy rains. It is not only government agencies who are responsible for it but every individual citizen is also responsible for the same. Every shopkeeper, home owner, etc. make a encroachment in front of his shop and home and cover the sewerage drains and waste water exit points which is the main reason of water lodging.

I request every individual to come forward which gives us a comfort at last.

Salary Problem

When anyone is under stress and feel frustrated what he/she is supposed to do? When he/she is working hard handling multiple jobs without any support system and not getting proper reimbursement for his/her services. Every time whenever boss seems some problem he assigns that job to that particular person and that men completes it but Boss do not say a word of appreciation and don’t make a comment about his/her salary. Any job which has to complete on urgent basis is given to that person and he/she completes it but appraisal is done for others. He/She think about a change but due to educational limitations he stops down. What step should be taken to make his career better. Should he/she start some business?

Please suggest the some ways.

Office Politics

It is said that you should work hard with enthusiasm for your company but when you are interested and working with full enthusiasm to complete the work of organization by spending extra hard work, extra time and sacrificing your family time and face environmental politics of office that leads to frustration. Even after sanction of resources sometimes your colleagues create blockage for you and that is the worst situation. If any employee needs to complete the task he needs resources / manpower for the same. Generally it happens that resources are not available at time and effort’s goes waste in arrangement of resources/manpower. Many times resources are not according to the environment or according to the level of modern living. When employee is pushed to work under the circumstances / standards of past era the output / result are not very good, as it is something swimming against the flow of water which decreases the output.

Please mention how to save your time and efforts from arrangement of resources and save yourself from office politics.

Strike

Various trade unions, employees unions have called for a nationwide strike (India) on 20th August, 2008 against anomalies in sixth pay commission, wrong economic & labour policies and inflation. Banking, Railways, Aviation, Insurance and various other sectors will likely to be remained close. Strike is supported by Left Parties, All India Trade Union Congress (AITUC) and Centre for Industrial Trade Union (CITU), Airport Authority Employees' Union (AAEU), Central Public Sector Trade Unions (CPSTU) and other 40 employees' federations are also supporting the strike.

Due to strike many flights had been already cancelled because approx. 22000 employees of Airports Authority of India are on strike.

Bank employees are protesting against the new economic policies of mergers, which have led to job cuts. Lower level government staff had also supported strike because of partial reimbursement in 6th pay commission.

Train services may be also stropped as farmers are also protesting against wrong government policies.

But will this strike solve any issue and what will happen with the private sector employees who are not getting proper reimbursement for their services and suffer because of loopholes in system.

Please provide some solid mechanism to support middle & lower level families of country as they are already facing problem for their regular needs because of sky rocketing inflation. Middle Class Service families are under tremendous pressure and facing problem of survival and you can not imagine the position of poor class.

Our politicians only make comments through media and press but real work is zero.

Express your points to help the society.

Amarnath Land Issue

From last two months Jammu & Kashmir have seen too much protest over the issue of Allocating land to Shri Amarnath Shrine Board (SASB). In starting the protest was against the land allocation and the government taken it back from the Shrine Board but now the supporters for board protesting and doing strikes/chakka jam all over the country.

This one issue had destroyed all the hard work and sacrifice of thousands of soldiers who worked for many years to restore peace in the valley. All the political parties are working on the concept of vote bank but no one is thinking that how it will affect the communal harmony of the country and have a very big impact on morale of security forces.

We all knows that Pakistan is continuously working on Kashmir issue and the matter is still not resolved in International Arena but even knowing this fact Indian politician are now taking initiative to calm the state.

Please express your views on the same.

Blogger Services

First thing i noted on blogger services (blotspot.com) today that i have seen pictures of three new cute babies on my dashboard, but the middle one just looks like my son. i really likes it and think for a movement that small babies really attracts everyone on first sight.

On last friday my blog had been marked as spam and i immediately followed the precautionary steps suggested. It has been mentioned that if my blog is real one (not a spam) it will be restored in two business days and i was thinking that due to saturday and sunday my blog will be restored only after tuesday but blogger team had worked hard and restored it on monday.

Great Job!
