A good news for the residents of Faridabad, Ballabgarh, Palwal, Hodal, Mathura and Agra that National Highway - 2 i.e. Mathura Road is going to be signal free in next 3 years. As per the Lok Sabha  proceeding the Mr. RPN Singh, minister of state for highways mentioned that NHAI is going to construct 31 flyovers and underpasses will be constructed on the Delhi-Agra section of this national highway. The opening of Badarpur Flyover has already removed jam position at Badarpur where lot of people are stucked everyday. It will definitely increase trade and industrial activity because of improved connectivity. The most important thing is that all the tourist who are interested to visit Taj Mahal will reach Agra very fast and will definitely strengthened the India image at International Level. Peoples working in Delhi and leaving at Badarpur, Faridabad, Ballabgarh, Palwal, Hodal, Kosi will get big comfort because of same.

Hope that the project gets completed in projected timeline without any escalation in cost due to delay and it will be interesting for the international tourist to go to Taj Mahal.

Monsoon at Faridabad

Yesterday City Faridabad seen the pre-monsoon shower and that little raining has created chaos at city, almost every major road of the city has faced big jam whether it is national highway, B.K chowk, Neelam Chowk or somewhere else. Even at some places the drainage water came out on the roads because of negligence by government department as cleaning of drainage has not been done by government department as their readyness before monsoon. Their is big jam at major crossing and central points

Now peoples of Faridabad must prepare themselves to save and fight with different types of infectious disease which spread during monsoon. Till now I have not seen any health & sanitation drive from government health department.

We all can expect that probably the yesterday shower has opened the eyes of city administration and might have started working working on their equipment and processes regarding maintenance of sewerage system in city.

Faridabad

I read the news on indianews website that Haryana Government is agreed to the proposal of Metro connectivity for Faridabad and Ballabgarh. This news will definitely bring a ray of hope for daily commuters of Palwal, Ballabgarh & Faridabad as journey through Metro will be comfortable and fast. It will save lot of time which is wasted in traffic jams. I am also hopeful that Metro will bring down the traffic pollution level. As per the general awareness and observation peoples of Faridabad expecting that Metro route will go along National Highway-2 i.e. Mathura Road. Connectivity through Metro will also give the district industries a helpful hand. Various Huda sectors existing on both side of Mathura Road will definitely see a price rise in terms of Real Estate.

Chief Parliamentary Secretary Ms Sharda Rathore also announced that Faridabad will be developed as education hub as the district is hosting more than 500 technical institutes. It is worth to mentioned here that quality of basic education given by various schools in district is of international level as hundreds of students are selected in reputed engineering and medical entrance exams. Last year Distt. Faridabad makes history when it produced IIT-JEE Topper.

Ms Rathore also said that IMT would be developed at an area of 1800 acres in Faridabad and the pace of construction work of Badarpur Flyover on National Highway No. 2 would be increased. As per the news on Hindustantimes.com National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is trying to complete the Flyover before Commonwealth Games. Badarpur Flyover completion and construction of Metro will provide much long awaited relief to the commuters who face problem of traffic jam at Badarpur.

Badkhal Flyover

Badkhal flyover connects the various HUDA Sectors, Village Ankhir, Mewla Maharajpur and some other villages to National Highway - 2 i.e. Mathura Road on Badkhal Red Light. It is two lane over bridge but currently too much traffic commutes via this bridge leading to long traffic jams on both sides of flyover.

During the peak hours the waiting time is approximately 3-5 minutes. Two more lanes are required on very urgent basis to solve the problem of traffic.
